Big mistake going with Blanton Air. Don't make the same mistake! I asked the sales representative to PLEASE send their best installers. Instead, I inherited a mess! The thermostat wire was installed incorrectly. The return line had a major kink. They removed my existing dampers, which led to my bathroom to be 10 degrees hotter. The panel to the air handler was not locked in placed, which led to a air leak. The heat pump was rattling. I learned later the panels was not screwed in correctly. They installed the wrong heating element which led to me having the wrong breaker. I made several attempts to arrange the county inspection to occur, but they gave me the run around. After 4 failed calls. I finally got them to arrange the inspection which identified the wrong breaker size. And just today, I found out they submitted my Duke Energy rebate incorrectly, which led to me being shorted $200. No need to have their sign in my front yard to advertise, thier truck was there every week doing the job responding to my call backs!

The response from Jay O (R&S Mechanical) to my request for service was almost immediate. My experience was positive from start to finish. Jay was able to give me a quote over the phone and after speaking with him, I was confident he could do the job. He came out that same day, worked quickly, efficiently, and came in under the quote. I was extremely pleased with the service, with the job done, and I would absolutely use and recommend this company.

I have had RS Mechanical servicing my AC units since moving into the house a year ago. When my AC unit quit working I called for them to come out and repair it. Jordan came out and was very nice and professional and got the unit running. During his checks he informed me that I was low on refrigerant and took time to find the leak for me.
I was also having issues with my upstairs unit not cooling properly and always running in the summer. I asked Jordan for a repair estimate as well as to talk to someone about a total system replacement .

I was set up with an appointment to talk with Jeff about replacing both units in the house. I was honestly expecting him to just give me a price for replacement however I was wrong.
Jeff was extremely nice and professional as well. When he showed up he not only listened to the problems I was having but he also did a manual J test on the house to see if my existing units were sized properly. After doing the test it was found that the upstairs unit was undersized and that's why it would never shut off in the summer. He also took time to show me that some of the duct work was incorrectly ran and was adding to the problem. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the job and willing to explain in detail until I was satisfied.
Long story short, I decided to have RS Mechanical replace both units and also correct the duct work. The price given to me seemed reasonable and close to what I had estimated. The guys they sent to do the work were nice, professional and did great work.
After the work was completed I had to call them back out a couple of times to make adjustments to the upstairs dampers to fine tune it to my liking. Jeff said to call him if there were any issues. When I did call he came out within a day or two and made the adjustments. The upstairs is now cooling properly and feels much better.
I have had nothing but good experiences with RS Mechanical. From regular maintenance to trouble calls to installing new units they have always been great to deal with. I would recommend RS Mechanical for you heating and air needs.

The crew cleaned up everything and you could hardly tell anyone was here other than by the beautiful new ac unit! I highly recommend this company!

I had spoken w/ Sandy over the phone and via emails on advice given on replacing an AC and furnace in my house. While I did not end up purchasing from R & S, he was extremely honest, professional and helpful. I highly recommend him and his company.

Since getting my new unit and duct work in 2016, R&S has been wonderful to work with. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My service tech, Hurley, informs me when he's on the way and always answers any questions I may have. Very polite and professional. Great company and would recommend to everyone for their HVAC needs.

Shedrick has been very informative and done a great job with our HVAC maintenance plan we have with them. He has looked into any concerns we have had and offered solutions. He went above and beyond with some education on changing out our thermostats at our most recent visit. They always give good notice as well when their technicians are on the way.

Matt was awesome, everybody I have dealt with their has been great. Very accommodating to our current situation at home. They installed our new units a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Even the county inspector commented on the quality of the work. Pricing is comparable to other vendors and have always showed up exactly when they said they were going to. I highly recommend.

As usual, we have gotten first-rate service from Michale T and the group at R&S. I never hesitate to call them when I'm concerned about our HVAC systems because they're always quick to respond and investigate the problem. In our most recent visit for our bi-annual maintenance check, Michael found a problem, investigated it more thoroughly, and quoted us a price for the work. Then he continued with the regular maintenance check and found that everything else was working well. Because Michael and the rest of the crew have always been dependable and provide great service, I won't hesitate to give them 5 stars!

The entire team at R&S Mechanical was OUTSTANDING!! Jeff Piskorik was amazing and.very knowledgeable!! He brought me 2 heaters for my house while I waited for the installation of my HVAC unit to be installed.He also brought two Carbon Monoxide detected to my home to make sure I was safe!! He has checked on me several times to make sure everything g is working okay! The 2 gentlemen who installed my unit were polite and extremely hard working!! They worked all day to install my unit. They were very precise and cleaned up after they were finished! Behind the scene was Robin! She was extremely patient and very efficient.
It is wonderful to find a team who really DOES care about the customer like they are part of their family.

I'm VERY impressed with R & S Mechanical, the technician Tracey did such an excellent job! He was honest, extremely polite to me and really did find the root of the problem. I will use them again for sure! If you want GREAT service, nice/kind people & don't want to spend a fortune on repairs, then you need to call them! Scheduling online is easy too if you aren't able to call right away. They will take such good care of you!

Cody and his team were very professional, cordial, and efficient in their work. He answered all questions we had and provided additional insight on the new AC unit we purchased.
