They installed our new HVAC system and the work was done very well and quickly. They actually charged several thousand dollars less than the other companies we called. They have a 10 year warranty on their systems and we have them on a service contract to maintain our system every Spring and Fall. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Scheduled a system checkup appointment in July because of my limited availability. Wouldn't normally wait until the peak of busy season for HVAC work. R&S Mechanical was able to come out less than 48 hrs later and John Kelly did a fantastic job. He was really thorough, answered all my questions, and triple checked that I was satisfied with everything before leaving. Really courteous service all around and I was satisfied with the price for services rendered.

Tracy came out this afternoon and completed a thorough system check on both of my systems. He was polite and down to earth. He answered my questions and walked me through what he was doing to improve the systems' performance. Maintenance plan pricing was totally reasonable and written in plain language. I'm totally satisfied with R&S, and happy to be their customer.

I had an excellent experience with R and S mechanical. As a realtor I’m constantly hiring HVAC guys and I definitely found “the one” with R&S! They were flexible with timing which is huge in this market and communicated very well! They let me know when it was confirmed and gave me a heads up on the way. The inspector even waited a few mins for me to get to the house and was patient and friendly. Once he was finished he called me on his way home to give me a summary which was really helpful for me! Victor was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ll be using R&S mechanical for all my heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend you do the same!!

Wow, R & S Mechanical far exceeded my expectations! Every person, John Kelly, Brittney, Jessica and Tyler, were exceptional. I needed a new air handler and coil on an out of town rental property. Their pricing, service and warranty (10 years PARTS AND LABOR) were best in the business. When the scheduled install date needed to be changed due to a tech injury, John drove 50 minutes to make adjustments to our system so the AC could deliver cold air short term and offered portable units until the new scheduled install date. Unheard of in today’s service industry! Our installer, Tyler, checked in throughout the day while installing unit and sent an email complete with detailed pictures upon completion. Office staff was professional and courteous.

I wish all companies would adopt S & R’s business model. I will recommend them to all who have HVAC needs!

The entire team at R&S, from scheduling to onsite repair, was a dream to work with. I needed a fast repair after AT&T tried to place a line and hit my coolant cable leaving me AC-less. I was scheduled for the first a.m. Monday appointment and Tracey was prompt and personable, explaining the entire process of the repair to me and giving me a quote to take back to AT&T claims. As a new homeowner I appreciated his patience in answering my questions and documenting the entire process to make sure that I wasn't left footing the bill. I can 100% recommend this company and plan to use them in the future given the need.

Curtis was quick, efficient, and professional. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC unit within a minute of being on site, and he quickly fixed it—and believe me, every second you don’t have AC in this weather matters.

Unlike other HVAC companies I’ve run into, R&S Mechanical was upfront with me and didn’t try to work me over when I had an issue. They also pointed out some things that will be helpful down the road while they were here (and there is no sale in those changes they pointed out—just a more enjoyable HVAC experience for me).

They came recommended from a family member who had his house saved by them after a different company incorrectly “fixed” his unit and messed things up, and R&S fixed the other company’s “fix” and the original issue.

I had a great experience with the technician who came to fix my AC. Jordy was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to show me the issue with my AC, answer all my questions, and even gave me a lesson in air filters. My unit was fixed in no time and the AC has been running smoothly since then. I was also happy that R & S was able to send someone out on the same day I called. Many other companies I reached out to did not have same day availability. I would definitely recommend this company.

Michael and Jeff came by for their fall check of my systems and took their time and did a thorough job. I am impressed by their knowledge and customer service. Jeff has been very customer oriented and did an excellent job with the replacement of our upstairs unit last year. We would wholeheartedly recommend R&S.

We love R & S Mechanical. From the time we contacted them for an estimate for a whole house system, they have been great to work with! The techs are always great and the people in the office are nice and friendly. You can't beat their experienced and friendly employees, their competitive prices or their warranties.

I initially called R & S to get a bid on a new HVAC system because another company said ours was needing expensive repairs. R & S Mechanical's salesperson questioned if a new HVAC was even necessary after hearing my suspicions concerning the legitimacy of the other company's claims. Since we were putting our house up for sale & wanted to be sure everything was in working order, I decided to have R & S's technician to do an "audit" on our system for $116. He found that our HVAC was perfectly fine except for 1 problem that he rather easily fixed while he was there. We have a nice readout with pictures showing the status of our HVAC. Potential house buyers will be able to see what they're getting and R & S saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them for seasonal tune-ups, repairs, HVAC replacement or an "audit" like we got. Very reputable, family owned business. Thank you, Jeff and Curtis, for all your help!

Excellent customer service! Jeff went above and beyond when we called to schedule an estimate! I would highly recommend R&S Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC services. We were kept in the loop the entire time and everything explained thoroughly to us. Very happy we went with our friends recommendation!! The install crew were efficient and did a quality job.

I’ve had several staff come for maintenance and repairs (current returning maintenance customer). All have taken great care to thoroughly explain what they’re checking for, repairs needed, all options for repair, and ensures that MY want as a customer is heard. I’ve never felt rushed through a service and responsiveness is superb. All in all a class act in professionalism. Jeff C was the most recent service staff member and took great care in assisting all concerns we had. Above and beyond and I’d highly recommend.

I Continue to be happy about the work R & S does. They recently came out for a routine check up for the plan we signed up for. The tech. was just as friendLy, polite and gave good explanations. He explained that he was new to our account, because the previous person changed jobs.
I will continue to use R&S and I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Update: 7/2/20, last of my routine check ups on the plan I purchased. Great service continues, even during a pandemic. I appreciate the companies level of communication and honesty. Tech that came out was polite and respectful. He knocked, then stepped down off the porch to maintain distance.

I just had my first meeting with R&S Mechanical through Justin and it went very well. Brittany answered my initial phone call to set up a maintenance plan and originally I was just calling to get quotes and decide later but before we hung up, she told me about their specials and was friendly so I decided to make an appointment right then, even after talking to multiple other companies. Scheduling was easy and accommodated my schedule.

Justin came out on time and I got a phone call in advance. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything he was doing, showed me what he was working on, and showed me pictures of the problem spots which was all appreciated and very beneficial. He was friendly and professional the entire time and worked diligently on my system and provided practical, no-pressure recommendations when necessary. I also got a follow-up call from Jim checking to see how the visit this morning went which was nice. They definitely want to make sure you're satisfied.
Looking forward to my next check-up in the fall.

John K was our technician for our winter checkup. John was very thorough and pointed out the issues he found. He did discuss the service plan with us, but we decided not to enroll at this time. We are very appreciative of having an honest, straight forward review of our heating unit. It is nice to know you can count on a company that will not try to convince you that repairs needed. Very impressed with R & S Mechanical.

Technician, Hurley, was a super nice guy. Very knowledgeable in his trade. No high pressure sales of their other services, but I did schedule a service that desperately needed doing. Air duct cleaning. He even scheduled that for me and I didn’t have to do anything. The service was excellent but it always is from this company. Been with them a good many years now and plan on remaining a customer. Good job!

Sandy was very professional and did a great job getting one of our AC units repaired in a timely manner. I have all 9 units on my property being serviced every 6 months with R & S Mechanical/6 & fix HVAC. I highly recommend them for their professional and responsive services!

When our heat went out in the middle of winter we called R&S mechanical because of the word of mouth recommendations we were getting from our local business owner friends. We could not have had a better experience. It was honestly even better than what we hoped for. We were able to fix the issue on our 10 year old system in no time and very inexpensively, and all our questions were answered so well! We were lucky to have Hurley come over, he absolutely perfect for us, naturally personable and easy going. I had never so wholeheartedly been willing to pay a service call. It was worth every penny. I can't say thank you enough.

I called on a Saturday and Jason was able to come out same day. The issue needed a part that had to be ordered, but he was able to make the AC work while we waited for the part. He returned a few days later, but the unit ended up needing another part after the first issue was fixed. He got that part and returned same day (very quickly). Everything is working well! The service was quick and Jason was clear with his explanations. Would highly recommend!

I've left a review before for R&S, but I wanted to leave some additional comments. I had Andrew Cody Warner come out for annual maintenance today, 12/21/2020 & I couldn't be more impressed with the visit. I'm a highly inquisitive customer... and luckily for me, Andrew is extremely knowledgeable & helped answer all of my questions. He even took the time to crawl under the house to help inspect my duct work & point out a few areas that could use some efficiency improvement. All in all, I am highly impressed with Andrew and R&S Mechanical & will continue to call them for all of my HVAC needs.
