Pedro and Kevin came out to check HVAC system/ set me up with a replacement. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would get service from here again and recommend to anyone I know.

Brian B. came out on 10/29 and did a great job! He has been to service our house in the past, and he always does an amazing job.

We had some questions regarding our unit and its ability to cool the house properly in this summer heat. Dee came over and checked everything out for us. He confirmed it was all working properly and explained/provided some tips to help get the most out of our unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional and once again very happy with our service!

Brian B did an amazing job on my HVAC system and I recommend everyone go to him in garner if you need you HVAC system don’t.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Josh was very professional offered good customer service from start to finish.

Dee is wonderful! I've never had an HVAC technician be as thorough as he is. He checks things I didn't even know existed, and he cleans out everything with a hose! I don't know how I got lucky enough to end up with him twice in a row, but I hope Blanton's continues to send him!

Brian was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and solving the problem with our system. He was so gracious and kind to our pups, as well! (9/24)

Brand new heating system installed, stopped working the next morning. Called for service at 4:00am finally got in touch with customer service at 10:00am. I was told they are busy but would be out in a few hours. I had to cancel my doctors appointment so they could come check my system. They showed no remorse and when I asked about compensation they said a manager would need to contact me

Blanton's did a great job installing 1.) eight ceiling can-style lights in two bedrooms and 2.) four bathroom vent fans. The lights are on a separate switch and provide extra warm bright light when required. Our builder-grade bathroom fans were very noisy. Blanton's upgraded them with the Panasonic Whisperfit fans which are more powerful and quiet.

We are new to Blantons and are very happy with their service and with their staff including service people. Philip was very nice and very knowledgeable. Did a second look at our AC system and disagreed with the prior assessment. The other company was not trustworthy evidently. Nice to work with honest companies again. Thank you.

We had been hearing a mystery sound in our home for days and were unable to diagnose it ourselves. Brian B took the time to go through all the possibilities with us and eliminate them one by one. We were very appreciative of his thoroughness and professionalism.

Brian B. was very polite, pleasant, helpful when repairing our furnace on 11/11/25. Highly recommend, and would definitely request this specific technician again!

Dee was wonderful, patient respectful, and kind! We were persistent in setting up the nest to success! He was thorough and professional. I was given a tremendous amount of accurate information so that I can move forward with an informed decision.

Brian 9/13/71 there are not enough kind words to express my gratitude to Brian and Blanton's company. Brian was the nicest technician I have met in a long time and very knowledgeable in fixing my problem and explaining not only the issue but any issue that may arise in the future. The day had started out horribly wrong due to another company not being able to fix my issue from lack of experience evidently which left me with no AC for the last 5 days. One call to Brian and he was out before scheduled time diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. I am so thankful to you brian and it was a pleasure having you in my home..☺️

I called and scheduled a system check. First off, I was greeted by an extremely friendly voice on the phone who was able to help set up an appointment and made sure I had all of the information I needed prior to the service call and was able to get someone out within 48 hours! Dee was extremely friendly and incredibly patient as we discussed the system and was extremely thorough in the checks. I am very pleased and will absolutely be referring their services to anyone who will listen!

A/C went out and called Blanton’s. Got here quicker than I expected. Joshua Geercken (technician) came out repaired my problem. It was a good experience! He was professional, courteous and respectful. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I want to thank Justin Hogg of Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric for coming out on such short notice to fix our running toilet causing our water bill to go up, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was back to fix it a short time later. We haven't had anymore issues. Justin even brought in our heavy Amazon package :-)

Josh G did an amazing job! He completed the work quickly, walked me though the installation process and asked if I had any questions. Highly recommend Blantons!
