Can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service we received! We had a few issues with our new installation not related to the unit it self. I am so grateful for the timely and wonderful service by James and AC Today. Of course, the cold snap happened and my heating unit stopped working. James from AC Today was there the day I called and diagnosed the problem quickly. (It was a broken induction motor.) They honored the warranty by the company that merged with them and had it installed before people started arriving for Thanksgiving. Communication and work by James was stellar and comforting in the midst of the stress. And much gratitude to Lucky, another HVAC professional at AC Today, who worked on the repair and was excellent and made sure everything was working before leaving. I would recommend and will refer friends to AC Today!
