These guys are fantastic! They gave me a very fair price on the complete replacement of my indoor and outdoor units. They installed both very quickly (less than 8 hours) and did a professional installation. They even replaced my outdoor unit pads, and replaced my thermostats with newer smart home capable thermostats! Very happy with this company.

Excellent and quick service. Knew what needed to be fixed right away. Appreciate that he walked us through a few possible easy fixes on the phone beforehand to see if it even needed to be repaired. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolute rockstars. Our 7yr old unit died in the middle of triple digit heat and the repair was going to be more than 50% of a new unit. I brought out a couple of vendors for estimates and All Hours blew them all away.

They quoted me a better system with twice the warranty for less that the other guys. The other guys were saying at least a weak for an install. All Hours had us up on the second day!

Their install team operates like a NASCAR pit crew. We have a tricky staircase with a couple of direction changes and landings. They got everything up there, screaming quick, without a scratch or mark on anything.

They are fast on the replies and came out at no charge to do some additional tuning.

This is my new AC service company for sure!

AC wasn't working. Called Saturday morning, Gary came out in less than 2 hrs and fixed my problem in no time. Super friendly guy and even explained how I can prevent further problems. I'm going to sign up for their maintenance twice a year just because they are honest and friendly.

I would give more stars if I could. January into February 2026, oh so cold!! We had been paying another HVAC company loyally since our house was built in 2022. Today was our first emergency call, no one answered the call (12 x all morning, no answer or call back). All Hours answered on the third ring, set up an appointment time (same day, today), arrived EARLY, inspected and diagnosed the problem soooo fast. He talked me through everything.Joel was the best! Same day and he didn’t charge me. I will be switching my loyalties today and recommend everyone to do the same! We will be setting up bi-annual service within the next week.

Hi . I purchased a York heat & Air condition. I can't even describe how pleased I was with this company . When I had a problem they were there for me which is the best customer service. Alex was sent to repair my unit. He was the best. If you are thinking about purchasing a unit.. I recommend Bunn air conditioning.. They are the best.. and always there for you... I just moved to the Garner area and bought a home. About a month after moving in we found that our second level air handler blower was not coming on and tripping the breaker. After researching for a licensed HVAC company I came across All Hours Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. They had excellent local reviews and boy did they not disappoint. I called late morning to schedule a repair visit and they were at my home the next day. Gary quickly diagnosed a faulty blower motor and inspected the entire system at my request. Within days they had a replacement motor on hand and repaired the system within a few hours. My 38 year old air handler was back up and running without issue. I highly recommend this company for their professional ethic, fast diagnostics and commitment to excellence. They offer very reasonable prices and annual maintenance programs. Again, highly recommended!!

Skyler took the time and explained everything and answered all my questions I had about my needs. Gary arrived at my rental property on time and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the issue. He also provided guidance on future work and recommendations. This company genuinely cares about its customers and won’t try to oversell you on any product when not needed. I had an excellent experience with All Hours Heating and Air. Skylar came out on very short notice with snow in the forecast and had my gas fireplace fixed quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure. The price was very reasonable, especially given the urgency and weather conditions. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and honest. I highly recommend All Hours Heating and Plumbing and would absolutely call them again.

They take care of my house and they’re always upfront about what’s going on and what the systems need and don’t need. Best thing is they don’t try to force a new system on you everytime they come out like some companies. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and more importantly, he politely answered all of my questions.
I just moved into the house a little over a year ago, he identified a couple of issues that should be addressed for a better cooling experience.

The mechanic got here right on time and worked hard for 3 1/2 hours. We have 4 units, upstairs and downstairs, he had to get in the attics and in the crawl space. He (Jackson ) was exceptional. He was clean, neat, and very professional. I whole heartedly recommend Modern Mechanical.
