I’ve used JR over the past 10 years. I have recommended him many times to friends and acquaintances and they have all loved him! Great guy and his son is amazing too! He’s honest and will not try to sell you something that you don’t need. He’s the BEST!

I recently had JR’s repair my heating and cooling system at home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair process.

Gary was fantastic. AC went out due to a faulty capacitor and he made it out early the next day to repair. Knew immediately what the issue was and was super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to anybody in the area!

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with All Hours Heating and Air Conditioning. This all happened in December 2023 and 2024.

Our thermostat wasn't working so we gave them a call. A guy came out for less than 5 minutes and charged us over $170. He took the thermostat cover off and told me it wasn't working (I obviously knew it wasn't working).

I called their phone number to share that I was frustrated with this price for the guy to take off the cover off of our thermostat to tell us it wasn't working. The secretary said they let that employee go and the CEO was out of town that week and they would call us back. I called 3 more times over the next few months and same story that the CEO was out of town and would get back to me.

Long story short, never got a call back and we lost over $170 in 5 minutes. I would take my chances with ANYONE else.

One of the best experiences I've had with any repair company! They were so friendly and even came out the same day to fix our AC. Offered reasonable prices and advice on future maintenance without pushing anything. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again and reccomend them to anyone needing reliable work done.

Mr. Gary did a good job with our ac. It may took another day to finish (because of the bad weather on the first day.), but he made sure to comeback as early as possible the next day to finish the job. I can say he did good and very honest and explains everything. This company’s rate is very reasonable too! Not taking advantage of the summer weather! Very much recommended!

Skyler Is a total pro. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He made recommendations that will be extremely beneficial for my family's health. We are scheduling yearly service with All Hours moving forward. It's tough to get this type of service anywhere these days, especially when financially investing in your home. 10 stars!

Skyler was awesome, he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to show me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. He had me up in running quickly on a very hot day, and at a reasonable price. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, just fix the issue and gave some helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs help with their AC.

Skylar was Knowledgeable and able to communicate well on what the problem was. He was also able to recommend what next steps I should look at for my unit and crawl space. Also the service was easy to use. Called a few minutes before closing and they picked up. Scheduled something first thing the next morning.

Gary provided excellent service today! We had a slight emergency with our AC unit late last night and we were scheduled first thing this morning with All Hours Heating & Air Conditioning. The service was fast and educational. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

AC unit went out on a Sunday night and we called Joel, he offered to come out in 30 mins (because we have a baby) to look at it but we said it could wait until Monday morning. He was here promptly at 8:00am and fixed it within the hour. Fair price and quality work. He even upgraded our capacitor at no additional cost. We found our new AC company!

I called at 8am to see if All Hours Heating and Air could fit me in to check my AC unit as it was not working properly. They originally scheduled me for 1pm on the same day, which I thought was amazing. They called back an hour later and said they could make it out earlier if that worked for me. Skyler showed up at 10am and had everything running within 30 minutes. He talked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. I could not be happier with the level of service and communication I received from All Hours Heating and Air. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan while they were here and plan to be a customer for years to come. Overall excellent customer service and a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service!!!

There are not enough words to say how grateful we were with Joel during this miserable heat wave. We called after our ac stopped working and it was 88 degrees in our house. We were on their schedule that afternoon and Joel showed up 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. He spent over 2 hours assessing our unit and had it fixed in no time. Will definitely use them again and so appreciative of their quick response. Definitely our go to A/C company!

Absolutely love this company and every employee we have dealt with is so respectful, knowledgeable, and they're thorough.
Our air was blowing hot and at 3am I made an appointment online for 8am the next morning.
Gary was here ready to help us and had us air back on in an hour.
Highly recommend. This is our second time using all hours and don't plan on ever finding another HVAC company!
