We did not have a time of arrival, so we were just getting up when they arrived. Your text message at 8:25 did not get read until just now at 11:26am. I am hard of hearting and I do not speak Spanish, so we have a conversation with hand jesters that did work. Now after they reviewed the office, I now understand that the HVAC unit was using just electrical heat because of the outside temp is below 30 deg. The elder person had a conversation with my wife, Brenda, and she told me what is going on. Brian

I've been a customer from the very first day. I have enjoyed the service and people. In December I lost my heat. It was determined that my dampers weren't working. I just had them replaced 2 years ago. The warranty was up. Over 500.00 to fix. Still my heat wasn't working properly. Eco came out 2 more times. They said I needed my coils cleaned and a new filter. Another bill over 500.00. On the 5th try they cleaned the coils and were ready to leave. We complained that the heat was STILL not working. Then they removed the downstairs thermostat and something wasn't right. I finally had heat downstairs. I had them back for a 6th time to try again upstairs. When we tried to put on the Google app, it said a wire was missing. Once they adjusted the wires everything worked.
So was the first diagnosis correct? Did I waste over 500.00 replacing a fairly new part? Over all Eco came to my house 6 time and charged me over 1100.00 dollars. On the last visit they told me I had some holes in my ducts and didn't have the part to fix them. Eco wants to charge me 200.00 more to repair them?
The past 2 months have been very expensive. I've needed electric heaters in the house to cove for the broken system.
Eco left me with the impression that they were only interested in the money rather than fix the system correctly. Extremely disappointed in the past 2 months.
I am now looking for a new company.

Eco Green Air did an awesome job from the free estimate to installation. The technicians came on time and were very respectful and efficient. When they left I knew how to use the new equipment and my house is nice and pleasantly cool. I highly recommend this company!!!

I had a drain pump issue within 10 months of the replacement pump being installed. After some communication gaps over the ensuing week after the diagnosis, the service manager (Alex) personally came out and re-diagnosed situation and explained the root cause to my satisfaction. Extremely satisfied with his willingness to get to the bottom of this problem and get the proper short- and longer-term remedy. Highly recommend their outfit.

I worked with Eco Air to restore my air.
There was a motor issue and the part took 5 days for shipping. Once received the replacement happened and still had issues. Bro from Eco Air was able to find the source and fix the issue. I appreciate the never stop persistence of the company to fix my issue.

The technician was on time and did some inspections / diagnosis. He wasn't here long and he was very polite and let me know when he started and when he left let me know everything looked good.

Gilbert did a fantastic job fixing my daughter’s mini-split. It only took 10 months to get someone out to do the fix. I want to praise Cindy for getting me taken care of so quickly after I told her of contacting the company last year up to 6 times and never getting a response back from the company. Overall I am satisfied with the current service I received.
