My AC unit stopped functioning out of nowhere. I called Bowman Heating & Cooling, neighbor recommended, and they were out within a few hours. The technician Roberto M. was courteous, efficient, and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. The price is reasonable, the customer service from the person who answered the phone and Roberto were exceptional so I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance plan as today's experience made me feel like I can trust them with my home and future business.

They were great I called them Friday night about my issue with the HVAC unit and they were here first thing Saturday morning. My service technician Salvador was great.

Kevin showed up right on time, and had 2 smart thermostats and an A/C surge suppressor done faster than I anticipated. There were no concerns about installing thermostats I bought through Amazon. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Booking the appointment was painless. I’m very pleased with my experience with Bowman.

Shane from the Bowman team performed our annual maintenance and identified a damper that needed to be replaced under warranty. He also advised me that we have a 5 year warranty on each of these dampers and given their life, advised me to get them replaced under warranty before our 5 year warranty is up. This will save me hundreds of dollars per damper and we now have a game plan to replace them all before the warranty period.

I met Roberto M and he was very helpful. He explained the details of his visit and immediately went to the task at hand. During that time as I had questions, he was able to answer them. He didn't waver but continued to work and answer my inquiries. He seemed confident in knowing his job. A polite gentleman and respectful of my home also.

I contracted to have 8 Mitsubishi Mini-split systems installed in my home at a price of almost $50,000. Over two years they made 67 - yes, sixty seven!!! - service calls and the system has never fully functioned for more than 120 days. They are now wanting to charge me to work on the system that they NEVER HAD WORKING PROPERLY!!! If you're just getting one ductless unit in garage, maybe they can handle that, but a complex system is way out of their wheelhouse.

Bowman just replaced our geothermal heat pump. They have made the whole process very easy. They gave us a timely estimate. They patiently answered all our questions, and explained clearly why they were recommended a particular type of heat pump. The team who installed the pump were all wonderful, and the installation went smoothly. They have helped set up an inspection with the City of Raleigh and filing the necessary paperwork to get a rebate from Duke Energy. It was all around great service.

I called this morning to see when someone could next be available to check my hvac because the heat went out. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Thomas was able to detect the issue very quickly and resolve it. I was so nervous I was going to have to buy a new unit. Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again

Today, Bowman Heating and Air sent out Jose due to my heat not working. Before arrival I received a text with his information and background and a photo. Within 2 minutes Jose called verifying with me his time of arrival. He was extremely thorough and gave us detailed information regarding what was going on. I’d recommend him to anyone! Thank you!!!!

Arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Clean and precise in his approach of system problems. Explained well and we were pleased. Fixed the problem, but recommended replacement of unit. Waiting on proposal.

When I called Bowman Heating & Cooling to make an appointment for a quote on a new heat pump, I spoke with Nathan. He was very kind and helpful, and he was able to set up something for later that same day.
When Hamilton came out to give us the quote, we liked him from the start. He's not pushy, he's very knowledgeable with a lot of experience, and he took the time to answer all of our questions.
On the day of the install, the two technicians who came out were very hard-working, courteous and professional. They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly, while also being very efficient. When everything was set up, we received a thorough overview of how to use our new thermostat and we had all of our questions answered. When the techs left, everything was cleaned up nicely and all that was left behind was our new quiet and efficient heat pump. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a place with a complex geothermal unit that had developed problems. So glad to have found Hamilton at Bowman to fix it. He’s been with the company for over a decade and knows these systems incredibly well. It was an honest pleasure to work with him on a solution, which has worked perfectly. While I’m not looking forward to further problems but it’s a massive relief knowing who to call.

This company is amazing! Our ac unit broke two days after bringing home our newborn baby from the nicu during the hottest weekend yet. I called eco green and they were fantastic and informative over the phone and had someone at our house within hours on a Sunday. Not only were they super awesome and honest to deal with, they saved us a ton of money (half of what others were quoting)! They came out Sunday evening to inspect and were back early Monday morning to install. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their crew! They genuinely care and are fantastic people! I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks!!! Thank you again eco green!!!
