Had an issue with my Generac, Joe was a consumate professional, diagnosing and identifying the issue, and offered reasonable, well explained options. I would have no issue giving them a recommendation to anyone needing service. They texted before arrival, were very polite and left no mess.

Very good Compton deal with. They show up when they say they’re going to be there. The technician did a great job diagnosing my heating issue and explained everything.
I will have them on speed dial for sure.

Brandon, the technician from Biggs Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric, came to our home to repair our HVAC system and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he clearly communicated every step of the process—from diagnostic findings to the final solution. Brandon took the time to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which we really appreciated.

I called Biggs on Monday 12/15/2035 with an issue.David came on Wednesday 12/17/25 quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part to fix the issue.
Friday 12/19/25. Brian came to replace the compressor fan, although the new one wasnt working properly he promptly ordered a replacement. Brian then completed the rest of the semi annual serviceI hadsonged up for and left.
Both Techs were very nice, cleaned up after their work and very knowledgeable about the system. I look forward to having Biggs HVAC Come out and do my seasonal maintenance and would definitely call Biggs HVAC for any other issues.
12/30/2025. Brian returned and was very friendly, he replaced the motor AND fan this time.

Brandon was excellent. A great representative of a very good company . He was professional , courteous, and knew how to repair our heat pump. We will use him again and recommend Biggs HVAC . Plus our house is now warm!

We have had a great experience with Biggs for our plumbing needs. We have had them come out multiple times to replace leaking faucets, and install garbage disposal etc.. Most recently, we had Brian S come out and he was on time and so helpful answering any questions we had and got the work done without issues. He even found an easier fix so we didn’t have to replace our outside hose bib. When we brought up our shower had been having a minor issue as well, he jumped right in to save us an extra visit. From when we have worked with at Biggs, I know I can trust their experience and they will help us find the most reasonable solution and won’t just bill us for work that isn’t necessary.

This employee did my ditch for my AC last summer (2025),it has resolved the amount of water pouring into my yard sliding it all up. Now he does the winterization of my year plan, made sure my airflow was good even upped the airflow in my system. This Locally owned Company is wonderful from the customer service that call to the technicians they send out. All arr very knowledgeable in their field and the straight-forwardness, is refreshing to really tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. I highly recommend them and their yearly plan its worth the piece of mind,when heat waves hit and more and more systems die when you need them the most.

Brandon did an excellent job catching what my other HVAC company missed. He went above and beyond, stayed a little longer to make sure he caught everything. The company that installed my system in 2020 didn't properly install my emergency heat strips so they haven't been working this whole time! They didn't notice the 3 times they've come to check my system in the past 5 years. but Brandon noticed! and was able to fix it within an hour for a reasonable price! He also noticed that some of the expensive repairs the other company suggested were not at all needed. But was able to confirm what repairs are still needed.
I really liked that before we even got started he showed me how much diagnosis will cost. So no surprises. He also explained how everything works and let me ask him lots of questions so now I feel very sure of what's going on with my system and can rest easy at night.
I still need a little more work done but the parts were not in stock so they'll have to come back another day once the parts are available. They will let me see the invoice for the future work before I have to commit to it. No pressure to commit to the future work before they have the parts and know the prices like some other companies do.

2 friends recommend Biggs and I'm so happy I've found them. Esp after having some less than good experiences with other companies.

Having 2 AC units go out at once is no fun. However Bowman made the experience as easy as possible. From the thorough analysis by Robert of our HVAC problems (who, by the way, patiently answered all of my questions), to his offering several options for correcting them, Bowman was top notch. They also worked quickly to get us on their schedule during a peak time of extremely hot weather. The technician teams, Ricardo & Brandon and Christian & Andy and Salvador, that spent the day installing the two systems worked efficiently and were thoughtful, polite, knowledgeable and responsive. We did a several phase remodel when we purchased this home over a year ago, and Bowman did all of the HVAC work for that as well. I was very impressed with Salvador at Bowman!!! He called me on his way to give me his ETA, introduced himself, shook my hand while looking me in the eye, put on shoe booty covers before coming in. He was very respectful of me and my home. (I firmly believe that a person has only ONE chance to make a good first impression!). He explained what he planned to do, showed me, fixed a drain pipe that was not done correctly, he did not rush through the servicing of my two heat units. I feel very certain that he knew what he was doing and even took photos of the manufacture info on each unit along with photos of their location. I most certainly will be recommending Bowman heat and air to friends! I bought the service plan which I feel was a very reasonable price. They even call you in 6 months to remind you to schedule the air unit service! Thank you for such great service!!!!
