To say I'm pleased with my experience with Bowman would be an understatement. Long story short I called them for a second quote to replace my Damper Control board/system. When they arrived, they took the time to diagnose my system before writing up the quote. During their diagnosis they found the main issue that had been overlooked by the original company multiple times. The quote I received from the other company was $1500 and that's after spending over $600 on multiple return visits for this issue. On top of that, the other company had bypassed Safety equipment (door switch) and didn't reinstall the doors on the unit properly (which is why the switch didn't work). Bowman found the actual problem, repaired the door switch, and had my system up and running the same day. Will definitely be using Bowman again!

Shane was awesome! Very professional, on time, and very thorough. I was in a meeting for the entire time he was at my house and he was patient for me to get to and from the door. Deana at the front is awesome and very helpful as well when I had to change my appointment at the last minute. Can’t recommend them enough!!!!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

Bowman was recommended to me by a friend. I called this morning and someone was out to help me within a couple of hours… so grateful as my AC went completely out. Jose fixed and explained everything to me. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance plan.

Bowan Mechanical was fantastic and Salvador was the best. They explained what needed to be done and did what they said.

Shane did a great job. Assessed the problem quickly and corrected the problem. He explained everything thoroughly and shared pictures with us which was very helpful.

Was able to schedule an emergency call the same day. Roberto was knowledgeable and able to fix the issue with my furnace.

Tech was on time. He did a thorough look through, identified problems and repaired them. He was nice. He explained everything to me in detail before I paid. Highly recommend.

Salvador was pleasant and professional during the assessment and repair. He explained what he was going to be doing and addressed any questions we had.

Great service and people. They schedule quickly and show up when they say they will. Roberto was very prompt and knowledgeable. I love that they text you when they are on the way!!!

Bowman has provided excellent service every time I’ve used them. From phoning in a service request, to the technicians who’ve delivered service, to the follow up, they’ve been outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The crew was professional and very good at answering questions. I received updates telling me when the crew would arrive at the job, which I found helpful. I went into the crawlspace before installation and they were able to explain what they were going to do. The job area was neat after all was done too.

Service tech was excellent - super knowledgeable, courteous, careful, and articulate. Explained everything clearly.

Mr. Jose Garcia was very professional and very nice. He explained everything to me and made the visit seamless. I really enjoyed speaking with him.

We had our old system go out at the end of a week. Bowman came out quickly to assess and decided the best option due to system age was to replace. They had a new system installed and working within 3 business days. They were super professional, very courteous of the home, and kept us updated along the way. Highly recommend Bowman to others!

1/11/26 We discovered that one of our zone dampers was not opening shortly after the new system was installed, had not been working for some time. Today, Hamilton came out and replaced it with a new one. Wonderful service.

11/5/26 We wanted to replace our dual fuel heatpump w/ propane supplemental heat system that Bowman installed 21 years ago, with a new heatpump that would provide all our heating without gas or electric strip. Nathan quoted us a 3 ton MoovAir Heat+ system that provides full heating capacity down to 4 degrees F. Good cooling efficiency as well and price was very good. They switched out the system yesterday - came on time and finished a little after 5. The system is working great. Highly recommend Bowman Mechanical for installations and service.

Technician was very knowledgeable, neat and on time.
We had a problem with supplemental heat not coming on, called mid morning, tech came out about 12:30 and fixed problem

We lost cooling Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I was not sure we’d be able to get a tech until I called Bowman’s After Hours Emergency Line about 3 PM. They said they’d have a tech here between 5 and 7. He got here a few minutes before 5, found the problem, toasted capacitors, quickly. He had the parts on the truck and we were getting cool air by 6:30. Great service.

I am always impressed with the quality of service from Bowman compared to what I experienced with several other HVAC firms.This is the second time Salvador has represented the company for a service call and I appreciate his willingness to educate me as well as his expertise!

Hamilton arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and was extremely thorough. We appreciate prompt service organizations that treat our projects professionally.

Great team effort by Bowman Heating & Cooling team with installation of Aprilaire 800 whole house humidifier along with 3 Ecobee Pro thermostats! Shout out to Robert Marshall and his amazing team ( Ricardo, Brando and Sam)! All were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very meticulous in their respective roles. 9 days without heat in the middle of a severe weather event. A part was supposed to be ordered and then was never sent. After 4 days with no follow up I called only to find out the part wasn’t shipped. Had to go another 4 days to wait for the part with no heat and then a day to install. Was informed the warehouse doesn’t overnight even in situations where “someone” failed to do their job. It was 47 degrees INSIDE my house and apparently nothing could be done to get the part sooner. This is not an example of good customer service and I have my doubts regarding any future service needs. I only used Bowman because that was who I bought the unit from. I now have regrets.

I appreciate they give a reasonable window and call you when they are headed your way. I also appreciate a bio of the service technician coming. They are quick, professional, and respectful of property.
