Unfortunately, I can't review Eco Green Air's actual services. The reason is that I had a confirmation (three, actually, via text directly from Bob, a text from the company, and an email) of a technician doing an EV charger install. According to Eco Green and Bob, the technician was to arrive between 10AM and 11AM. By 11:45AM, I had given up waiting and texted Bob to let him know I had left but someone was still waiting. At 2PM, Bob called to tell me that they are too booked up to handle my job and they won't be able to fit me in until late January. Yeah, that's right, after committing to doing the job on Dec. 12, they're now suddenly too busy to do it for another 5 to 6 weeks.

I ignored the negative reviews because I got a good impression from Bob when he came out to assess my job. Ha! Guess I was way off on that one! Hire Eco Green Air to do your job, but only if you're okay with broken promises and your time being wasted.

I recently contracted with Eco Green Air to handle my HVAC home needs, so this was the first time they had been to my home. Alex and Chris came and did a thorough inspection of my heating system changing the filters and draining water that had collected in the gas heating system. Alex was the lead technician and Chris was in training. They were both very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. Since I was a new customer, Alex explained what was going to be done during this visit, as well as what would happen when they return in the spring to service my A/C. I was very pleased with Eco Green Air and highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs.

When we decided to get two mini-splits for our home, I contacted two companies for estimates. Eco Green Air spent time taking detailed photos and measurements and provided us with an itemized estimate. The other company took no measurements and provided a blanket quote that was higher than Eco Green Air. Eco Green Air's service was excellent overall. There were some unforeseen issues with new electrical installation that we worked through successfully. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and conscientious, and we are very pleased with the work and felt that the price was fair. This is a good company with good people - I recommend them!

JR came out within half an hour when our AC wasn't working during the heat wave. He fixed it and charged a very fair price. This is the 2nd time we have use him and both times he's done a great job.
