Had a great experience with them during a miserable heat wave. We called after our ac stopped working and it was 91 degrees in our house. They got us on the schedule quickly, came out that day and texted when on the way. Skylar found the issue and had it fixed in no time. The price was extremely reasonable for the diagnostic, I know some cooling repairs can be quite pricey, luckily ours was a minor issue. Will definitely use them again and thanks for the quick fix!

Joel is an absolutely amazing guy and came out on a Saturday after I got home and had no AC. Beyond professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what had happened to me. Extremely fair in pricing and very polite and personable. I have saved his number and will not hesitate to call again should I need anything HVAC related! I will definitely be referring him to friends in the area!

My wife called me at 6:30 saying we had a problem. The problem was it was 95° and our air conditioner was not turning on. Keep in mind i gave a 4 month old baby at the house. I called All Hours and Joel answered. I explained to him and as soon as I told him I had a small child he said, “we don’t play around with infants and elderly, I’m on my way”. Joel was at my house shortly after 7 and diagnosed the problem. He had us back in a comfortable house by 8. Thanks again Joel. I know who I’m calling whenever I need any type of HVAC or plumbing work in the future.

Gary showed up on time and located the problem, explained it to me AND showed it to me….also he was a hell of conversationalist. Really liked the guy! He followed up with me the next day, all around positive experience.

Quick response for the service call to investigate the problem. When it was determined leaking system w/ the age of the equipment we had them do complete unit replacement. Crews were great to work with, courteous & respectful as we stayed operational during the unit replacement.

With the threat of inclement weather looming they came out the same day I called which was a huge relief. The repair technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He took a video of the problem in the attic and walked me through my options. Highly recommend!

They were communicative regarding scheduling, on time, efficient, and made sure we understood the work they had done and went over how to reduce our need for any future service calls. What an amazing experience from Skylar! I can not say enough wonderful things about him and the service he provided. Very punctual, honest, no BS service call. Joel was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. This was old Apollo water heat/HVAC System, not a simple replacement He was not a salesman, not pushy, no high-pressure tactics. Like, "Here is the price and if you sign now I can offer you this large discount. It will go back up after I leave." If you have done construction on your home, you probably know the type. Pricing was reasonable and no extra charges on completion. His crew were quick, professional and left me with confidence with their work. I will highly recommend them.
