Lee Manuel did a great job at diagnosing my Heat Pump issue; took him just a few minutes to identify my Thermostat had failed; dead. Nice Job Lee! Heating and A/C back to normal- both work fine now.

Our air conditioning went out late Friday night. We called AirMakers on Saturday to try and get a technician here and within an hour we had somebody great. He was able to fix our AC and kept us cool and our weekend going. Thank you so much, we will definitely be repeat customers.

We moved into a house with a new heat pump system that AirMakers installed and, after a few maintenance calls, it became clear that components were not functioning properly after only a year of use. After speaking with Lee, AirMakers stood behind their initial work and sent out Wade to spend whatever time needed to sort out the system and get it running properly, even despite only partial coverage of warranty. Six months later, we are in good shape and very grateful for the customer service.

I have had a good relationship with AirMakers and today had another good experience. In the hottest time of the year, of course, our air conditioning quit. We waited in line for a couple of days and a technician who finished his schedule early, Alphonso, came to our house. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and full serviced it. He also communicated with me several times about coming, diagnosis, and conclusion. It was great service!

Heating furnace failed on Sunday. Contacted AirMakers on Monday. Diagnostic done same day. Repair Completed Tuesday morning. Good job for a critical winter failure of my house heating.

Rosalba and I feel that Alfonso, Jr. did a fantastic job in checking both of our heating units. Conscience on everything he was checking to make sure all was functioning correctly. One of the best employees that have come to our house. Hope to see him next time we need service from AirMakers.

Made an appointment for an exhaust fan for a bathroom hoping to get some help. I made that abundantly clear at appointment time that this was for a bathroom exhaust fan and the lady on phone said that was fine. They sent out someone who knew nothing of bath fans. He arrived an hour late. He took some pictures and said they would get back to me. I again made it clear I had been ghosted by many companies and he said they definitely wouldnt ghost me but he needed to talk to another division. I'm still waiting over 2 weeks later. So basically they stole 122 dollars from me for a visit for doing nothing for 15 minutes at my house. Even if they know their stuff hvac wise I wouldnt give these people your money as they are not honorable.

Great customer service from those that answer the phones to those that come out to do the work...service calls completed in a timely fashion...and explanations provided in detail so that the office understood the HAVAC system better. 2 Technicians--- Nick & not certain about the 2nd techs name!
