Abdel must be one of the best technicians in RTP to repair any issues at the HVAC system. He just gets it done right away. I would always reach out to him whenever there is an issue with my HVAC at my house. Above all, Abdel is a very kind and nice guy.

The owner and HVAC expert is a very honest man and educates his client on what is happening with the air conditioning system, he knows what he is doing and does not sell you air. He does the process of elimination and comes back for follow up and final check to make sure that the unit is working great. His service is outstanding!

Abdel was efficient, thoughtful and kind. He replaced the blower on our furnace/ac unit. He had to work in the crawlspace on a very warm day. He cleaned up the area and even took a picture and texted it to me. We highly recommend Smart Choice Heating & Cooling Service.

Abdel, came to my house two times through home warranty insurance and repaired my Heater and AC at different times. When I called him for Heating system, he came the next day and found the issue and fix the problem with no extra money except insurance deductible. On my request he even looked at the air flow and fixed it by changing a component. Thanks to Abdel for his excellent debugging skills and helping attitude towards his customers.

Choice home warranty sent Abdel out and he was very responsive, explained the issue very nice and very responsible person. My A/C unit is covered with full of bushes he took the initiation and trimmed the bushes and when inside the unit. Very nice person.

Service was scheduled on Friday for Monday but Abdel called and offered to come by Saturday afternoon. He showed up and within 30 minutes had resolved my heating concern to my satisfaction. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use this company again if needed.

We had our heat go out a few days ago and just realized it this morning and got in touch with Abdelhak and he promised to be here by this afternoon, he got here, got the problem fixed and he waited to confirm it was working. My family and I are so grateful and so happy!

AC went out and Abdel again came to the rescue, its been SUPER hot this past week and came thru as promised and got us up and running. We are so appreciative!

Abdul came the same day as we called, which was late on a Friday. He was very friendly, and took care of our problem quickly. He also made sure we could take care of most of it ourselves next time, which was very kind.

Service was amazing! Our AC system conked out on us over the weekend. The temps have been rising and they were able to come just in time to fix the problem with our unit. Abdel was kind and courteous, checking all the filters and gave me some tips on how to check the air and change the filters. I would highly recommend there services to people in the triangle area.

My home warranty company assigned Abdel to my heater repair claim. Overall, the process was smooth and as efficient as possible. One thing that I especially appreciated was how Abdel promptly returned our texts/calls regarding status updates. Also appreciated was his knowledgeable diagnosis of what was causing my heater to malfunction. My heater is currently working again-- thanks for your hard work, Abdel!

Abdul did a great job fixing our heat system and thermostat. It was so important to get this fixed in the cold season, we thank him for his urgency and fixing it so quickly. He also explained to be how the thermostat works. He was polite and kind as well.

Abdel is wonderful! He’s very kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He helped me with a home warranty claim. After he was assigned he came out within 2 days, immediately diagnosed the problem, contacted the warranty company and ordered the part. He made sure everything was covered and let me know. He was out with the replacement part ASAP! If you’re the curious sort he’ll show you the defunct part, how it connects to the whole system and how everything operates. Abdel was amazing! Called him out to look at some issues with my furnace and he was Very efficient and informative and even went out of his way to show me the things that needed to be done. Abdel was such a blessing to me. We had some very cold nights down in 20’s and my heat kept cutting off and I was having to hit the breaker 3 to 4 times a night just to get heat with a baby in the home. I called him and he did inform me that he was extremely booked for the day with a lot of people with no heat but he would try and come by.
He truly went out the way as it was very late in the evening and he resolved my issue!! I was so thankful and happy to not go in the cold garage and keep hitting that breaker!

Abdel was amazing! He came out to look at my AC unit and within 5 minutes of me telling him the issues, he knew exactly what it was! He was extremely knowledgeable about the unit I have and was kind enough to show me what the issue was and how to resolve it. 10 stars, do recommend!

Abdel is a super polite, caring, and understanding person. He came out several times for me while waiting for my warranty replacement part to keep our system running as best as he could to keep us comfortable. He does his best to save you money and does not overcharge. He beats competitors in price and his kindness is unmatched. I consider Abdel a friend after our interactions and he has a customer for life. I wish I could give 10 stars. The workmanship is unmatched. My ac runs better now than it did brand new.
