Harrison did a great job of replacing 2 toilets for us. He explained everything to us as well as answering all questions & concerns. Took his time to do clean & precise work.

Very happy with our service contract- we had an issue after hours and they arrived the next morning. Eugene was very professional. He was thorough making sure everything was dealt with properly and explaining what happened, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent in the future.

As an update to my previous review, just a couple of weeks after Newcomb's service visit to repair our HVAC system, the exact same issue has come back again. Our home is currently experiencing a significant temperature drop in freezing weather due to the unresolved problem. Had to call them again for the unresolved fix work - this is very unexpected! Will continue to follow up on this.

As a new customer to Newcomb, I had to share that it's a very disappointing experience with Newcomb repair visit. After the Newcomb's service check and repair, the technician Carlos told us that nothing is major with our HVAC and the issue got fixed and our system should work all fine. However about 15min after he left our house, we discovered that the system was still not working. I had to call back Newcomb and was put on hold for quite some time until we were able to get connected. It turned out that some crucial steps, such as resetting and turning on some switches, were overlooked and undone. My husband, not a trained technician, had to go down to the crawl space to complete the remaining tasks, following the instructions over the phone. While Carlos was a polite person, such service experience and quality was NOT quite expected. I have shared the written feedback with Newcomb.

Eugene was to total professional in every way. Efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was able to determine that the company you needed to order another toilet upstairs so to the size and he went to a supplier to get the correct part for the 2nd, master bathroom handle and water-fill part.

Eugene mentioned that the new toilet will be in early next week and he would be the technician who would complete the work.

Was able to get a technician out on short notice to handle a plumbing issue (and replace an outdoor spigot while he was here). Eugene did a very thorough job. He was able to address the immediate issue and provide information on possible steps for longer-term remediation. He also checked out and provided information on other possible issues not immediately related to the original call.

I became a first-time homeowner in Dec. 2018. One of my earliest decisions, which has proven to have been one of my best, was to contact Newcomb and Co. and set up a "Comfort Contract" maintenance agreement for my heat pump HVAC system. They come twice a year: once at the beginning of the AC season and once at the beginning of the heating season and thoroughly check out the system and do maintenance and make repairs or recommendations as needed. At the time I moved in my HVAC system was only around 2 1/2 years old, but already had problems (it was not a good brand). The Newcomb and company technicians are consistently friendly, courteous, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, really good at their jobs and are true professionals. They have saved me a lot of headaches since I got the contract, and have expertly fixed problems as they arose.
The need to replace the system, however, eventually became inescapable, so I turned to Newcomb and Co. to replace it. Their salesman, Brian Sculley, was courteous, helpful and respectful, with an encyclopedic knowledge of his product. He gave me multiple options and carefully explained the pluses & minuses of each and what to expect. I got the new system and I absolutely love it! The difference between what I had before and what I have now could not be more stark, and I'm saving money both on my electric bill and because I don't need a repair once or twice a year as I did with my previous system.
I give Newcomb and Company my highest possible recommendation.

Had a suspiciously high water bill and when I consulted Newcomb, they felt like something was off. Walter came out and sniffed out the problem which was a water main leak. They had it fixed that week and gave me tips on how to discuss the leak with the city in regard to my bill. I am so happy they helped find the issue and now my water bill is half of what it was!

Eugene came to our house and helped us fix a non draining tub. Come to find out, everything was working fine we just had a weird piece in the stopper. He was very professional and was super friendly. Would recommend again to anyone needing help

I have been very pleased with the customer service provided by Walter Dobucki and Newcomb. He is quick to answer any plumbing questions that I have. I referred a client that had active leaks on their polybutylene water lines. They were out there the same day to look at the home.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The work was completed well within the estimated time framework. The Town of Cary inspector came today and said Newcomb did an excellent job. “Textbook” was a term that he used.

Jeff Godwin has been servicing our HVAC systems for more than five years. I am very pleased with his work and always request him for semi annual preventive services. He pays attention to details and explains how and why the works are needed.

I highly recommend Newcomb & company. They always stand behind their work and behind their products. We have used them for 25 years and whenever we have an issue, they fix it no matter what it takes. We also use the yearly maintenance program and Bob was here today and did a fantastic job.

Today Eugene was here to flush our tankless hot water system. He worked quickly and answered all our questions. He told us that we need to continue to have it serviced every two years. He did the flush quickly and answered all our questions. I would give him our highest rating as a professional.

We have a problem with how long it takes to get hot water to all faucets but the current unit can’t be used with a recirculating pump. We requested a quote on a system with a built in pump and he is sending someone to give us a quote.

Vitalii, Lenny, and Brice, their supervisor Nick, and the other installer, Walt, installed an HVAC system right after July 4th on a hot summer day. They did a great job and the system works great!

We are long time HVAC customers and always appreciate the prompt and great service from the team at Newcomb and Company.
