Bell Cow offered a competitive price to replace our water heater. What made it perfect for us was the time frame they were able to get this unit installed. Where others were 1 or more weeks out, Bell Cow had our unit installed within 2 days. Excellent service..I would definitely recomend this company.

I don't typically write reviews but being a home owner I know how hard it is to choose the perfect contractors to keep your home in tip top shape. I loved the customer service provided by Bell Cow, from beginning (phone call for service) to end (the repair). Upon arriving they were very professional and completed the repair beautifully. I definitely recommend their services to everyone! This is my second encounter with Bell Cow and I'm very pleased with this company.

My first experience with Bell Cow was for repairs on a 25+ yr old heat pump. Bell Cow was able to make repairs to keep my heat pump running for another winter, so when I was ready to replace the unit I decided to call Bell Cow. We received quotes from several companies. Bell Cow had a competitive price and since we had a good experience with them in the past, we decided to use them for our new unit. The entire installation process was positive - the techs arrived on time, completed the installation as promised and answered all of our questions. Our new unit has been running for about a year now - no problems. Thank you Bell Cow!

We had multiple quotes for getting our home re-piped, everything being original from the build date of 1994. Bell Cow obviously won us over with their supreme confidence, polite manner, affordability, and overall quality customer experience. They respected our home and belongings, as well as our personal well being by maintaining 6 feet and masks at all times when interacting with us.

Jeremy and Elicio (SP) were a great team, worked extended hours to fix a few issues they brought to my attention outside of their planned work load. I want to STRESS the fact they did not press the issues they found. They brought it to my attention to address while they were there, in the future, or not at all. No sale was pushed on me at all. We had a minor gas leak, which turned out to be lack of proper torque spec and sealant on the gas line. They also noticed a clogged valve on the main water line. They replaced it for us and GREATLY improved our water pressure in the home. For perspective, we could ONLY Shower, run the dish washer, OR the clothes washer. Now with the fixed valve, we can do all three at the same time with no pressure issues.

In summary, these guys are highly recommended for their plumbing expertise and services. Incredibly friendly from the technicians to the office administration team. A job truly well done and a very happy customer, we will definitely be returning for future services.

My experience with Bell Cow was nothing but positive. Parts of the structures of my garage door frames were damaged by termites. Bell Cow was contracted to repair/restore the structural damages. They did fabulous carpentry work of structural repairing to replace the damaged header and supporting frames. The professional service they provided was impressive. Manager Bernie was very responsive and on the task. Carpenter John is experienced, smart, well-organized, and committed - the type of experts I can always trust to get jobs done right. Thank you team for such an impressive job, your hard work, and professionalism too! If I ever need a carpentry work done in the future, I will call you immediately.

The Service technician, Lewis, was on time and professional. He gave me his observations about both systems and suggested an additional service for the next maintenance visit. I opted to have it done immediately and he completed the work quickly. Bell Cow is an excellent company to have for any HVAC need.

Placed a call for downed heater in the morning. Got a prompt return call with suggested window for tech to arrive between 10-2 during a work day. Made arrangements for family member to be home before 1 but this was too “inconvenient with the technician’s route” it had to be at 10:30 or wait one week without heat in the winter. Why give me a window then?
Bellcow tells me that the route Inconvenience outweighs a family home without heat for several days…despite making myself available to them during the time they asked.
I asked to speak to a manager and never received a call back. We have had nothing but problems with the unit they replaced 2 years ago. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

The technician Chris arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He had the part on his truck and repaired the unit in a few minutes. I was truly impressed with how quickly he was able to repair our system and THAT HE HAD THE PART! The last few times we had to wait weeks for other companies to get the part in. I was really appreciative of everything he did for us. I would highly recommend this company and especially the technician Chris.

James, was the name of the technician who did both the estimate and installation of the water heater. He took the time to look at the old water heater and was able to get it working so we would have hot water for the few days before he came back to do the water heater replacement. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I had 3 other plumbing companies look at the old water heater they had 3 different diagnoses none were sure what the problem was. James took one look at it and knew that the manufacturer was no longer making water heaters. He even knew where I had bought it. In short he provided exceptional customer service. Our home warranty company chose Bell Cow to service our non-functioning air-conditioning system. Having been mightily disappointed by the repair service sent by a previously contracted home warranty service, my expectations were low. However, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the quick response and efficient repairs provided by Bell Cow. Lance, the assigned technician, carefully explained every aspect of the repair as he completed it. At the same time, he was both professional, personable, and endlessly engaging. Following Lance’s visits the AC unit is now back to perfectly functioning. I would recommend Bell Cow’s services without hesitation.

UPDATE:
I decided to give Bell Cow another chance and I am glad I did. The representative was professional, honest and had great customer service skills and even helped us with planning our future projects. The job was done faster than I expected and he even help us save money on repairs. I though we needed to change both faucets, but after looking at them, he confirmed only one needed to be changed the other was actually still good.
I will be using Bell Cow in the future and based on my last experience I am updating the review.

I believe in supporting local businesses and I decided to give Bell Cow another try. I did not receive nor was I given preferential treatment or discounts on my service request. I am also leaving a summary of by old review below:

- The price quoted matched our budget expectations.
- With every quote you get, make sure you get it always in writing including the warranty promised.
- Water install went great but there was a miscommunication on the labor warranty.
- Called office for months before I could get a response back but once they responded, they were able to provide answer to my questions.

Matt P. repaired the complicated boiler / heater that had stumped many technicians last winter. He got it up and running. It’s heating our house beautifully.

The installation on my Pack was perfect. No cracks everything is sealed. They bent over backwards to do everything I asked of them. It doesn’t really matter what brand system you buy as long as the installation is competent. Bell Cow is competent, friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to take time to communicate so the customer understands.
Doug Has always been my service technician And they don’t come better. I will not let another company service my system. Thank you very much Bell Cow for giving me good old-fashioned quality.

3-11-2019, A power surge or some other problem caused damage to our system’s circuitry that was very hard to diagnose. Bell Cow did not let the problem go until they found the source of the problem and repaired it. Our system is once again performing flawlessly.

Dawson is amazing very knowledgeable and professional, remembers details about my HVAC system from previous visits. Highly recommend.

Do NOT use this HVAC service. The technician caused a leak in my system and refused to pay for the damage. DO NOT USE THEM

I must say that working with these folks is a pleasure. In today’s world, getting a return phone call in a week is good. I left a message with Bell Cow on Sunday evening and I had a return phone call by 8 am Monday morning. I know how busy they must be this time of year but they are truly good people. I’ve only had the pleasure of working with Dawson, but I have no doubt their whole staff is great. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to contact them. You won’t regret it!!
