I sincerely want to thank Karl, James, and Martha for their assistance today. Our water heater broke over night and we were left in a serious predicament. Martha was able to get Karl out to us quickly. Karl diagnosed the issue quickly (a new unit) and provided us with our available options and price points without pressure. We made our decision and he let us know when they would be able to schedule the service (next day). We were prepared to tough it out for the night, but soon received a call letting us know that they could do the service today. We agreed and he showed up shortly after to begin work. A bit later, James arrived to assist and the install/removal went surprisingly quickly. They installed a new, on-demand system which is fantastic! They walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, understanding, and no pressure/hiding prices. We want to thank them for assisting us in such a timely manner. Will definitely be keeping them on our short list.

New Bell Cow customer and would easily call on them again. Dawson was a very informative, honest, knowledgeable and personable tech for my visit. He advised me of my options for resolution but was not pushy or pressuring me for a decision. I was given enough information to thoroughly ponder on my issue at hand.

Purchased a new construction Meritage home with Bell Cow installed HVAC and ductwork. The house is now 4 years old and the ductwork is rusting a considerable amount. I contacted Bell Cow and they said that there is only a 1 year labor warranty and no warranty on materials. I would not recommend hiring Bell Cow as the materials they use they do not guarantee will last.

Zack, James and Bobby worked on my kitchen sink and pipes. They were able to correct a number of issues all within a days works. I highly recommend their services

Used Bell Cow Heating and Cooling for the first time. Aaron was prompt, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating repairs or services. Side note we went through America Home Shield. Bell Cow worked with AHS to get not only the problem detected, but got the part needed to repair the heating system, but got the part installed in a very quick amount of time. Thanks for the great service Bell Cow!! And pass a great job well done to Aaron for his outstanding service!

The technician are fast and knowledgeable if the parts are not available they will get them and give you a definite time of repair. And give you the reason of the breakdown of your system..

This a family owned business and they are great people. They take great care of my unit for my home and used to do the same for my office when I worked in Raleigh. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very fair and will not take advantage of an under-informed consumer.

Always happy with the service, both HVAC and plumbing. Eugene just left after flushing our water heater; explained every step along the way and gave some helpful tips as well.

First time using newcomb and company and I am glad I chose them. The technician that came to my house to assess needed repairs as well as come back on the scheduled date to preform said repairs was very nice as well as professional. He did a very good job explaining everything to me in ways I would easily understand and for that I am grateful. The techs name was Dylan and vecause of him I will choose newcomb and company for any future hvac needs.

Excellent experience. Got 4 bids on HVAC and while not the least expensive option, Newcomb & Company was the best value. Our estimator gave excellent advice and we felt good about the brand and the company before installation. We felt even more so after. Professional throughout wo any pressure. Highly recommend.

We have used Newcomb and Co for over a year now to maintain an aging HVAC system. Once in the middle of a heat wave, I called after midnight on a weekend, and someone was out early the next morning to fix the problem. Recently when the furnace finally failed, we decided to replace the whole unit and move it to a location much more accessible to the crawlspace access door. Within 3 days it was “out-with-the-old” and “in-with-the-new!” After working with Marcus to select an appropriate system, a fantastic team of plumbers, electricians, and HVAC experts made it happen. Nick and Grayson in particular, are to be commended for their hard work in getting it done on time. We were hesitant to make such a big change to the system, but now we have clear access to the unit and can easily reach it when necessary. Kudos to a fine team!

Review 2025 at new home.

Well, I've been in in my new home for three years now and am asking the HVAC team at Newcomb for help again. This time my furnace has been fine, but the existing polybutylene plumbing failed and sprayed everywhere, puncturing the insulated flexible ductwork with high pressure water streams. Explaining this to Ashley and Derek was a challenge so Derek stopped by that day to determine the problem. Of course this was one of those 90 degree days when everyone's AC was needing help! Damian and Lenny arrived two days later to pump out, remove, and replace the mess. Kudos again for a job well done!

We have used Newcombe and Co for years for our HVAC service and have been always happy with their service. Recently we learned that they offered plumbing services as well, so when we had a plumbing question we asked them to come out and give their opinion. After looking at our issue, Eugene was very helpful in talking through the options without pressure in any direction. We look forward to working with them in the future.

My AC unit was replaced about a month ago, with sale an details facilitated by Patrick Downs of Newcomb and Company. As luck would have it, my thermostat gave up the ghost during a string of 90 degree days. Amy with their service department was friendly and located an asap appointment. Chris the service technician who arrived, handled the problem quickly, efficiently, with a friendly professionalism. I have nothing but good things to say about Newcomb and Company, a team I feel confident relying on.

From start to finish such a great experience. Scheduling & communication was easy and the job was done on time & as estimated. Would highly recommend!
