Walter at Newcomb was recommended by our Realtor to do some repairs after we closed.

He was very candid and transparent about the work that needed to be done (Replace a 10yo Water tank with a tankless heater) and the risks of not doing it.

Once we agreed, he had his crew come in less than a week to do the work. They are super professional, came in, had to reroute plumbing, gas and electrical and did without any mess in the house.

After the installation was done, they worked with us to schedule a Town of Cary review.

Highly recommended!

Eugene came out to inspect my water heater as required by my HOA. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of good information. Very thorough as he explained things. He had a student helper with him (Stephen) who was very polite and interested in learning. Very pleased with my service call today. Eugene and Stephen are both very personable and represent Newcomb well! Recommend highly!!

It, and followed up with a superb explanation of the work. Turns out he needed to modify a replacement part done a few months ago so offered no charge for this visit. We are happy customers.

Harrison came to our home and flushed out two new water heaters today. He spent so much time explaining what he was doing as he cleaned each faucet and shower head through our house. He and Carlos were very professional and made sure they left my home in perfect condition. Harrison was so helpful with questions I had. It was a great experience.

Newcomb and Company took care of us. Our AC broke this past week and it's been 90 all week. They were able to get us up and running fast. Lenny, Bryce, Tyrone, and Mike Shermy (?) were great, friendly, and kept the place clean. I highly recommend them!

I had a list of four hvac/plumbing companies to call for quotes today and the first co I called the woman answering was too bothered, the other two companies didn't answer for different reasons but gave newcomb & co a try and Ashley picked up. She was super personable, very pleasant and most importantly, helpful!! I booked an appointment for Monday and at this point, I'm willing to pay whatever it cost for the maintenance servicing because I trust it's quality, based soley off of the customer service Ashley provided!!

I have partnered with Walter Dobuvki and can not express the gratitude for him going above and beyond when dealing with manufacturers, expedited pricing, and hus expertise. His innovation for solutions and mindset of budget awareness has been a perfect fit as a partner in our commercial projects.

After 2 canceled appointments (they forgot to schedule us) they finally came to fix our showers. The workers were nice but $3700 later, my shower still isn’t fixed. We were also promised a discount for the cancelled appointments and didn’t get one.

Update 9/1: my shower is leaking
AGAIN and they will definitely be coming to fix it free of charge because they’re not getting another dime from me!!

Newcomb installed a new water line at my home this past week. Wanted to let everyone know the crew was AMAZING.. Special thanks to Brian, Moe and Jonathan. They worked so hard in this weather and were nothing but courteous, respectful and professional. Great job and great work ethic.. these guys are keepers!!! Walter was great to work with as well, scheduled everything timely and worked through some unforeseen issues without delay. Thank you all for your help!!!

Having Hvac training myself, but unable to do it. The guy they sent to my house overpriced everything so much, and then tried to upsell me on things I definitely didn't need. Tried to insult me about my hvac knowledge.

I needed to replace my HVAC unit and have had excellent references for Newcomb and Company. I have to give a shout out to Walter Dobucki and his team for their excellent professionalism throughout the time they were replacing my unit. They cleaned up and removed my old system, respectful of my property. Walter explained the HVAC unit and what to expect, tested the Heat to clear it for the season change coming up, and he made me feel very comfortable, always keeping me informed.
I’d highly recommend Newcomb to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement. Thank you Walter Dobucki and Team.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a maintenance plan that included two cleanings and filter replacements per year for $850. After receiving the first cleaning, the company informed me that most of my filters would cost an additional $530 because they claim those filters are not included in the plan. I wish they had been upfront from the beginning so I could have budgeted for the extra cost. Now I need to cancel my plan because I hate hidden fees. BAD BUSINESS.

I had scheduled replacement of my home’s shower hardware 1297 Ronald Tharrington. In speaking with Walter Dobuki, He not only was able to get me scheduled, he came out with Jonathan Gaydos and they started the change immediately. Jonathan completed the work expertly and did so within a reasonable time and walked me through what was completed. Newcomb and Company are my go to plumbing guys. Since I am a real estate broker, you can expect referrals from me and praise on social media for sure.

Walter Dobucki, the service manager, has excellent customer service and knowledge he’s very professional and make sure that the customer is taken care of. Walter did some work for me at 9:30 PM to make sure that we were taken care of and I appreciate his concern to get the job done. Thank you again for outstanding customer service. I have used Newcomb for years for both plumbing and HVAC and will continue. Great company, great employees.

Clayton. Seekamp came to check on small water discharge(s) from overflow pipe (not sure of technical details). Anyways it turned out there were several issue, largest being a failed Pressure Release Valve. He had to leave during the appointment to address an emergency at another customer, but returned that night (after 8PM I think) to replace the PRV and also expansion tank, ensuring everything was fixed that day/night even though it was very late for him. That is dedication to service.

I heard a rattling sound from my compressor and called Newcomb to check it out. The two techs were timely, introduced themselves and listened to my explanation. They quickly determined the sound was my unit switching to defrost mode and needed no repair. My unit is over 10 years old and they probably could have sold me something-even a new unit!- if they were not honest. I appreciated that and will definitely use them again.

I had Clay, Newcomb plumber, replace the expansion tank on my hot water heater. Clay carefully explained what he was doing. He check the water pressure going into the water heater and found it high. He made adjustments to the house pressure reduction valve to bring it back to specification. He also told me how to drain my hot water heater to keep calcium from building up. I was very happy with Newcomb's plumbing service.
