David was great and friendly. His skill was impeccable and the faucet works great. I supplied my own faucet to replace the sink faucet. My only thought is that the charge seemed a little steep for a kitchen faucet installation at $464.00

This is the second time I've used Michael & Son for plumbing needs. Ryne did a wonderful job explaining my options. I appreciated having different options in terms of the level of service to choose from. I feel the price was worth the service and I have peace of mind the work done was high quality.

I have been a Michael & Son Whole-Home Maintenance Plan member for the past year and couldn't be happier - especially after getting burned by another company before this. Everyone who has come out to my house is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in the work they do. Today alone, I had James replace my way-too-old water heater and Christopher do my annual AC tune-up. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reasonably-priced, and professional partner for your home maintenance, these are your guys.

I had Adam Parker come by and do diagnostic of our HVAC system. He was thorough, didn’t do anything without me being aware and showing me exactly what was wrong and what he was doing. Phenomenal service. The pricing for soft and hard start installation is absurd though. I’m still giving 5 stars based on my technician being phenomenal.

David was fantastic, he was extremely professional and made things less stressful after we discovered damaged wires in our soffit. He went above and beyond by helping clean up some additional damage done by critters in the space all while communicating clearly what was going on with pictures. The other service professionals were excellent as well on the phone, in our situation it was important to get the work done quickly and this company along with their excellent representative David were able to complete the work same-day. 10/10 fantastic work.

David did a fantastic job as our technician. He arrived on time, respected our home, and quickly diagnosed the bathroom leak and went to work.

The pricing was fair and Michael & Sons were able to schedule us the day of and only a couple of hours after the leak was discovered.

Great service all around and will use again.

Joseph was very patient and knowledgeable about my jobs. I questioned him on everything. He completed installation of outdoor lighting and connected my fans to the individual room remotes. He was upfront about not being able to do the solar panels for my outdoor cameras on the roof as he recommended a roofer do that. Also explained the HVAC program which I added to my home. Would recommend him.

Highly recommend Michael and Sons. Specifically the tech, Ryan Disorbo. He was very personable and extremely thorough. He went through all of our options, taking time to explain the little details and the cost of everything. He wasn’t pushy and was confident in what he was doing. Will be using this company again and requesting Ryan for future services. Well done! Very pleased and happy!

We had a pipe leaking into our wall. Called Michael & Son who came out to repair and start the restoration. Daniel Logbo came out to evaluate last minute on a Sunday evening. We had Michael Kenney out every day to check on the drying equipment. Could not have had better service, everyone who came out was great, so nice and explained the issues so clearly. We’re new homeowners so it was great to have this level of service. We will definitely be using Michael & Son going forward for all of their other services.

If I have to spend money I’d rather use on unnecessary gadgets, clothes, and things TikTok told me I needed, at least Luis made the pain bearable. He was knowledgeable, gave me options, and somehow managed to make me feel comfortable while I cried inside.

He worked quickly without sacrificing quality and made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. I truly appreciate his great customer service and would definitely recommend him!

Michael and Son has been a great help to us since we've moved into our house. Their techs are very friendly, personable, and are very skilled at what they do. We've had them tune up our HVAC and install a new water heater and garbage disposal. I've appreciated the transparency of what we were getting into with the equipment and the variety of choices. We will continue service with them for sure.

Had a significant well pressure tank and filter issue. Josh was recommended to me by a friend, and I reached out to him. He returned my call in 15 minutes and was at my house 30 minutes later, assessing the situation. He arrived early the next morning with all the materials he needed, install the new tank and much larger and more efficient filter after explaining his thought process as to why this was necessary. He finished the work in less than five hours. Everything was professionally done in a neat and clean manner. More importantly, his demeanor and attitude was professional and personal. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!

I waited to write this review until after all of my contact and experiences with Michael and Sons were complete. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about how helpful and great they were. Long story short I experienced a water leak that required an emergency visit to have my power shut off ( at 11 at night) and eventually my electrical panel replaced. Travis Phipps was my electrician through this whole process. From the emergency visit to the completion of my panel replacement he was communicative, consise, and overall pleasant to deal. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before doing anything.
Michael and Sons got the necessary permit and even scheduled my inspection after the service was done. I also had to corrdinate some items through the manager Ashley and she was great as well. She always promptly returned any calls and provided updates in a timely manner. Overall, I would say this experience was really great. Michael and Sons took an extremely stressful situation and made it better by showing up and providing great customer service throughout. I would definitely recommend their services as well as use them in the future.

The technicians arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did high-quality work. The installation was clean, efficient, and now we have endless hot water exactly as promised.
