This is hands down the best place to go to when you need any type of replacement or repair done for HVAC. I appreciate the transparency on price and how trustworthy Patrick and Drake were. They were knowledgeable and very kind. I got a couple different quotes for a new HVAC and other places around Raleigh were literally THOUSANDS more. They also offered a year free service with a new HVAC replacement. Can’t beat that! Truly thankful I found this company. Thanks Drake and Patrick for all your help!

If you’re in their service territory then they should be your “go to” HVAC company! Honest and trustworthy with competitive rates. They replaced a damper motor for much less than a different big name company had previously charged me. I won’t waste time or money in the future and will just call Parker and Co!

Drake and his team were excellent and we could not be more pleased with our experience. We had an install of a 12000 BTU mini split unit and the team was prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

I met Drake and Patrick at an event and took their card for an estimate to install a mini split in my husband’s garage work shop. They were the best quote, highest quality equipment, and installed the system within days of the estimate. Before the mini split, he could only work for short bursts due to the heat or cold. Now he can work the whole day. We were so impressed with their company and staff that we elected to have them conduct our main HVAC system annual check and they are speed dial should any problems arise. We are very happy with the job and highly recommend Parker and Co!!

Parker & Co. have been fantastic! Drake was able to fix an issue we had for years at our home. One room would be super cold and the rest of the house would be warm. Drake diagnosed the issue and immediately corrected the problem. We now have our seasonal tune ups scheduled with Parker & Co. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. I reached out to multiple hvac companies who wouldn’t return my calls or would show up and then never send me a quote. Drake was very responsive throughout the entire process from web inquiry through job completion. He solved an issue with replacing some ductwork in an almost impossible area to access to ensure I was happy with the job. I am a realtor and recommend many different service providers and will easily say they will be my go to hvac rec. Very reasonable on prices as well.

Drake was really easy to deal with. He was quick to get around to my service call dealing with possible damage to the coils, he checked everything out, checked freon, everything was good to go.

Drake and his team was great , spent time with us talking us through options. Ended up installing two new units and fixing some additional items on the existing units!
