Mr Parker was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. I was told by the first company's assessment that I needed a new furnace. The second assessment from Parker and company found it was simply a dirty flame sensor. Thank God for honest technicians!

I highly recommend Parker & Company for your HVAC needs. Drake & Derek fixed my aging AC/heat pump. Drake diagnosed the problem and explained the issue ( also gave me a video clip of the problem in the air handler ) He took the time to explain things and gave me options. Our A/C froze up yesterday afternoon and we were told our system needed to be replaced and it was going to cost over 12k. I can't express how magnificent working with Parker and Company was for us! On one of the hottest days, they came out bright and early to replace two old and tired HVAC units.
