I had an appointment with them for 3:00. Never came and never called. I subsequently called someone else. Don’t know how they got a 5 star rating.

Responded very quickly when we had a water main break at 8:30 in the evening was at the house with in 20 minutes and had the problem fixed with in an hour,Brian is an excellent plumber and was trained by the best his dad, we’ve used Faith plumbing for over 20 years, highly recommended

He is every good. Accomplish what he set out to do he opened my drain went out 80' and my drain is now running clear. He was very fair on cost. It took him about about an hour and a 1/2 But my drain was clear. Thank you Brian.

While my husband and I were on vacation in Mexico, I got a call telling me our basement drain flooded. We were scrambling to find someone to come out asap and Brian was able to make it out in less than an hour. He worked on the drain for probably 4 hours and came back the next morning to finish up. It was super helpful how quickly he was able to come out so that the water didn’t stand stagnant for another 3 days. He was also a great communicator, keeping us updated whenever he had news. Very professional and didn’t leave any sort of mess. We are very grateful for how quickly he was able to come out and get it resolved.

Brian was informative, answered all our questions and concerns. Was able to fix our cracked drain pipe from the kitchen sink. On top of that our dishwasher went out and he was able to get that installed for us along with a new kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet.

I will recommend Brian with faeth and son plumbing.

James was great ! He was super nice and when start to work unclogging our main pipe. It took him 2 hours but he saved the day. He came in the window time frame that they said he would be there. Great company!

Best Plumbing company ever

Guillermo was timely to come provide and estimate for a water softener install. Then when I was ready for the work, I was schedule within a few hours by text (easier for me while at work) and Guillermo was here the next day. He explained everything he did and showed me how to operate it and shut off my water in case of an emergency!
