This is a satellite store but has a decent inventory of plumbing materials and supply. They can usually have whatever you need by 7 a.m. the next day.

Noah and Darian are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile. They've been very helpful in all my buying decisions.

It was such a wonderful experience . The guys were so helpful. The one with the glasses was amazing. I wish I could have taken him home. He was the best.

I see no reason to do business with Ferguson predicated on their lack of customer accommodation. I have been waiting on a restitution from a abrogate purchase more than a month ago. When I called the main branch the first week of March about my restitution, I was told the check was in the mail. I feel like they are jerking me around, and of course, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I share the negative Customer Service feedback. We are building a new home, the builder recommended Ferguson, Cincinnati location and a specific contact. We dropped in just to look at pricing and selection. We were in there for over and hour. Not a SINGLE sales associate acknowledged or greeted the entire time. We had plenty of questions but no one seemed interested in our business. In fact, I later left a voicemail for Greg who is listed as a very knowledgeable contact in our Selections binder. It has been weeks and not a hint of a call. Our builder did strongly encourage us to make an appointment but we were in the area so dropped by. There were PLENTY of associates standing and chatting at the reception desk, NOT a single one acknowledged us. We have decided NOT to do business with Ferguson. First impression is EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

It makes no sense, employees are not incentivized to help the company to sell more. Even if they have to stay a few more minutes after hours they should stay, that is their duty

Dave was very helpful. Our shower was leaking through the floor into my basement. Dave and his guy? (sorry i forgot your name) fixed the leak and put me in touch with a drywall specialist. If i need work done again i will call Dave.

Drain cleaning experts. We have the biggest and newest sewer machines in the business if we can't do it no one can. We are a small family company we no high pressure sales team. We do what you our costumer wants without trying to sell you a new house and things you don't need. We offer a 24/7 emergency phone line and our prices are always lower then are competitors.

We called Dave on 1/5 to have our drain cleaned, due to our work schedule our appointment was on 1/6. He came out on 1/6, my husband was running late and our neighbor let him in. He cleaned the drain and said there was a 30 day guarantee. I called on 1/12, 1/15 and today 1/17 when it backed up again and again. I have yet to hear back. I can get it to clear with when I take a plunger to it but feel I shouldn't have to deal with it if there is a guarantee. $150 to get your pipes cleaned may seem like a good deal but it's only temporary and they don't back up their guarantee. Save yourself the time and hassle and call Roto Rooter or DuPont. If I receive a call back I will edit this review but I don't see that happening.

I called Dave to come look at a sewer problem that I couldn't clear with my little 3/8 inch auger in our 70 year old house. After his inspection he found the the sewer line under the basement floor had collapsed. After comparing his quotes to two other "big name" companies, I went with DH plumbing. Not only was his price good, he and his crew were in and out in about 8 hours. Keep in mind that they had to rip up 30 feet of my basement floor, excavate and repair the original pipe, set it , and then repoour all the concrete that they had just removed. I won't ever call anyone else!

Ammon Plumbing is the epitome of craftsmanship. We had 2 hose bibs with leaks that are the type which shut off inside the pipe itself. And obviously, Our initial concern was drywall damage in a finished basement. Well , Ammon Plumbing had the perfect solution with a small panel to hide the access hole which looks great. Also the hose bibs were picked to blend in with the exterior brick color and it was just a subtle but classy touch. True craftsman, and we could not be any happier with the work! Highly recommend!
