I have used their services for the diagnostic purposes of our washing machine, which is showing an error code in the middle of the washing cycles.
The technician was patient, knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all the questions that I had regarding this matter. I am very pleased with the service.

Do not book with this company. Technician said my refrigerator and microwave were repairable and took a 148 deposit. No repairs were done no parts ordered and no completion date was ever given. Minimal communication with repeated promises to call back and no follow through. Waste of time and money.

I called and within 24 hours a technician (Mohammad) was at my door and accessing my fridge and stove. He was very patient and polite towards me. The cost to have my appliances accessed was reasonable.
The only complaint I have is with the Customer Service agent I spoke with initially. She kept sighing when we spoke, like I was being an imposition asking my questions or she was tired of answering the same questions. She couldn't have been less interested in helping me.
