Emin was the technician that came over to assess my refrigerator freezer. Right from the start he was friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also provided great advice. Even though I didn’t use their service in the end (because I own an older refrigerator that requires a new compressor and it didn’t make sense for me to spend close to $1000 to repair when I can just get a new one),I will definitely use their service in the future. It’s hard to find honest people these days!

If I could give no star I would. Charged a small fortune to repair a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, it worked for a week, sort of. Also broke lots of interior parts doing the “repair”. No response to calls or emails. Totally ghosted. Supposedly had a guarantee on labor - that’s a fantasy. Find someone reputable, with a history. This firm was founded 3 months ago.

Heed the other warnings here, and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. The "repairman" (Mohamed) asked for a $150 deposit + parts ($100) to fix our dishwasher, and then ghosted us for three weeks. I had to consistently call for an update, and each time it was "parts are coming soon". When the parts eventually arrived, it took another week to schedule the repair with excuses of "family emergencies" and other delay tactics. The "repairman" spent 3 hours on YouTube watching how to repair and fix the dishwasher, and then claimed it was repaired. After my wife paid him, I came home to realize that it wasn't repaired still and called him back. Yet another two weeks to schedule this person, and then completely ghosted. This company charged over $500 for a "repair", wasted nearly two months of our time, and then never responded back. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES.

I had a leaking LG washer. Called them in the morning. The worked with my tenants schedule and had it fixed by the early evening. It was tricky access and they problem solved to get the repair done. Great work. I would use them again.
