This business is amazing. They have quality appliances at very reasonable prices. They also service them if ever needed.

Difficult to get in contact with Cruz appliance... they take a long time to respond. HOWEVER, once you get in contact, they do an excellent job with delivery, repairs, and with providing reasonably priced appliances.

We bought a dryer off of these guys, great dryer by the way! We'll it stopped working after a month, something we did wrong actually. They came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge! I will be dealing with these guys from here on out!

Awesome service and QUICK!!! Changed the bearing in my washer and cleaned and inspected dryer. No more weird noises, period. Will call back if I ever need service. Thank you!

I called to have my washer & dryer looked at . Someone texted me then another person texted saying they will come . The guy spoke no English , came 30min later . He plugged in my washer (nothing changed or repaired) it worked because it’s been sitting for a year and then he tells me the dryer has a different switch (which I already knew ) he tells me to go buy it . I bought it from home depo $45 then I call him to put it in he says another $60 . I ask him why . He hangs up on me . I text him and replies “$60” . Basically don’t waste your time or money with these unprofessional individuals. Go with the professionals . NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

Cruz was very helpful and accommodating for his dryers and install! He also helped us troubleshoot our venting in basement. I highly recommend!

Roger from Cruz Appliances was able to diagnose and fix a broken clutch in our washing machine for $80 less than the estimate we got from another company. Then when another problem occurred he returned twice to help us and was able to determine that the motor had also been damaged. He fixed that too. If I have any problems with an appliance in the future, I'm calling Roger. If I ever have to buy a new appliance, I'm going to do it from Cruz Appliances.

If I could give more than five I would. this is an absolutely amazing company. Mr Cruz delivered me a washer and a dryer 5 years ago. Last week at 2:00 a.m. my dryer broke down on a full load of laundry, I texted Mr Cruz and by 10:00 a.m. I had a dryer delivered and hooked up and ready to go and the old one taken out on the same trip. Couple days later the dryer start making extremely loud noises at 4:00 a.m. I contacted Mr Cruz through text messages and by 10:30 a.m he was in my house getting the dryer fixed in less than half an hour everything was back to normal and the best part is it was free of charge. Cruz appliances is by far the best experience I've ever seen in my entire life when it comes to sale and post sale of house appliances no BS just straight forward business and always with a smile 😁 Thank you Cruz🙏

We bought a Whirlpool dryer from a fb ad for a pretty decent price. We did get a 30 day warranty also, which you don't usually get when you buy something that's not in an actual store. He seemed to have alot of different household appliances that looked to still be in pretty good working condition & on seemed to be super old. So, if you need a quick fix & don't have the money to buy brand new, go check this guy out.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review in a bad way. I first contacted this company April 13th. Two times the promised to schedule a time with the tenant and get it taken care of. Still crickets. Completely unreliable.

Now it is June 13, 2022, 11:51pm. The repairman really surprised me(sorry, he didn't tell me his name)! His price was so reasonable! Last Friday morning, I spent a whole morning calling almost twenty different appliance repair companies, most of them have a very expensive troubleshooting fee(service fee) up to $145 (Sears). For my situation, my dryer had no heat, I needed to pay more than $300 to get the thing done. So, I would rather buy a new dryer. But Cruz charged me (he came at noon today) $130.00(before tax), even less than some others' service fees. I felt really excited about this result that Cruz helped me to fix the problem. The dryer has heat now. For this company, I think the customer service needs to be improved such as sending us a text ahead of half an hour to let us know if he will come or not. Even so, I still highly recommend this company to anyone. The repairman is a very good guy, professional, sense of humor, good heart, and detailed service.

Mason did a great job and he knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend.

Jacob & Riley were terrific! Both very good workers! So glad we decided to go with your company. Needed a new compressor, had 1 on the van. Fixed it within an hour. Hopefully won’t need to come back but if we do, we will call!

Dustin was amazing. He identified the issue promptly and was able to fix the washer in no time. I highly recommend Dustin. I paid nothing for the call since the washer was still under warranty.

CJ came to fix the dryer. Diagnosed really well and ordered parts for the repair. Unfortunately, it couldn’t repair the dryer. Another attempt with a different part also didn’t fix it. No charge for any repair attempts or part.

Derek was a super technician! He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable young man. His professionalism and honesty was above reproach. Your company should be proud to send out such a professional to represent your high standards. We will definitely use Economic Appliance Service again and recommend to others in need of appliance repairs.
