CJ was courteous, honest and efficient. We thought we were going to need a new washer, but he fixed the problem. He also educated me on the filter hidden behind the front panel that needs to be cleaned on occasion. I am washing a load of laundry right now, and the washer sounds wonderful again! Dustin was great. He was able to look at the dryer quickly and fix it. A previous repair guy said it would cold more and a bigger fix but Dustin explained exactly what the issue was and fixed it immediately.

Great experience from start to finish. They referred me to LG off the bat, without knowing if my ticket would even get rerouted to them, and my repair was completely covered under warranty. Mason was quick, efficient and friendly. Great service all around - will be my first call next time something needs repaired!

I had EAS out Saturday 2/21 to fix my oven. I've used several reputable companies for my job but unfortunately I was out of their service area, so called Economic. I am thoroughly disappointed in both how this service went as well as how the company handled my complaint. After zero discussion the tech replaced 8 AA batteries on my oven and surprised me with an additional $120 charge (on top of $140 service/diagnostic fee). There was no communication regarding how much it would cost to fix, and whether or not I wanted to move forward with the repair. I've facilitated dozens of appliance repairs in high end homes for work and not a single company has moved forward with a repair and charging additional without approval. The owner told me the additional $120 was for the service techs "expertise" in removing 2 screws and replacing 8 AA batteries. It is not standard practice to move forward with repairs with zero discussion on cost first. The company owner offered me $30 back. Extremely surprised to see a company operating this way and I would suggest others choose a company that operates more honestly.

What a great experience! Levi was timely, personable and did a great job! Our craft LG ice maker was replaced in the same day. To say that exceeded all my expectations is an understatement. I will call Economic Appliance Repair for all my future appliance repair needs!

He was on time and he addressed the issue that I possibly have with the refrigerator very good information and is going to install new parts. We will definitely use them again.

I can describe the technician Levi B. as awesome. He showed me the problem. Then he took my ice cream downstairs to a freezer and then brought up a cooler and filled that and placed it outside for me. No loss of food. I’m disabled and he did these by his own volition and raised my flag on my mailbox. Icemaker working great. Thank you Levi!

The service was great , but the price was a bit steep $100 for the service call I understand , but $84 for 20 mins to find out my pull wasn’t plugged in? Wow. But the guy looks like he knew exactly what he was doing , polite, respectful, funny . And good worker.

Warranty service approved by LG. Economic Appliance contacted me by phone within a day of LG approval. On scheduled day Tech arrived promptly. He listened to me describe the issue, made me aware of the part that needed replacement and completed the job all within an hour. Excellent customer service. Very efficient. Thank you!!!!

Beware on this one folks. I am not a complainer but this was by far the worst consumer experience of my life. They told me on the phone I had a compressor out on my fridge. Then sent a tech that did not know how to fix it and fixed only a secondary issue. Then sent a qualified tech out after that did not fix anything and this tech was at first unwilling to replace the compressor then when he did, did not clean out or replace the adjoining filter. Had to come back again to do that. Then again as he didn't clean any of the secondary lines nor did he clean the freon line. Each time the tech told us he knew exactly what the problem is and was an easy fix. Would highly recommend you find a different company to assist you as this one will raise the white flag and tell you they dont get paid enough through the LG service they are part of and tell you to buy a new fridge. Very disappointing overall.

Great experience with this company. The person who scheduled the service was very polite and helpful and I was able to get service scheduled for the next day. I was kept informed of the Technician's ETA and Dustin was very helpful in providing info so I could choose options. Really appreciate the good customer care.

Levi came to look at our dishwasher and our washer and provided us with a quote to repair the dishwasher and ideas for fixing the issue with the washer. He did a great job describing what he was doing and looking at and left us with great instructions. He was also very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend Levi from EAS.

Zach was out to fix our LG oven. It is always nice when I call Economic Appliance Repair and we get prompt service. Zach was awesome explaining exactly what went wrong with our ooven. He had the part available and it took no time to install. We are faithful customers!

I have a new refrigerator, and the ice maker was not working properly. They came out to take a look at it to make sure everything was working properly. The technicians were very kind and helpful. Everybody I dealt with in their company was amazing, from the time I made the appointment until the job was done. I would highly recommend them for Appliance Repair! Thank you, Jacob and Brian!

We have had EAS here for three different appliances in the last four months. Today Derek was our service tech and as expected he was professional and communicated the issues with me as he made the assessments. I would recommended EAS for any repairs on appliances.

We had a great experience. Zach came and assessed the problem, went back to office to get part and rectified the issue the same day. Which was the day before Thanksgiving so we are extra grateful to be able to have a functioning dishwasher. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars on Google. Called Economic Appliance Service out to have them look at an issue with our refrigerator because it stopped dispensing water. They charged us a service fee and told us we needed $600 in repairs. We decided not to do it as we had many issues with the ice maker and decided to just purchase another refrigerator. While removing our old refrigerator I noticed that the water supply valve was slightly turned to the off position. So before disconnecting it my curiosity got the better of me I turned it back to make sure it was on. As soon as I did that miraculously I had water. It had to be a miracle but surely the experts would have checked this. I can’t believe something so simple was fixed by checking the supply valve. I am in the service and repair business myself and there are some basic and obvious things that we check. You would think that this would be the first thing to check when diagnosing this kind of problem. I do not recommend using this company.
