Aaron was great. Fixed and diagnosed within a couple of hours. He even had to listen to me try to get my non compliant 3 year old to nap and was making me feel better about my life LOL. 10/10 for service. I don’t think this company is one that would intentionally try to rip you off. Def will use again!

Aaron fixed my oven with ease! They said someone would arrive between 12-5 and i got a call at 12:30 that he was on his way! Appreciated the timeliness as well as transparecy about price and on what repairs he was doing. Will absolutely call Blue Dragon again if i need any repairs done! 🐉

Broken washer. Rep came out and pressed a few buttons on the machine, claimed it was fixed. Did absolutely nothing, machine is still broken, charged $130 for literally nothing.

Aaron came out promptly to analyze the problem with my Samsung refrigerator—freezing up in the back, but not maintaining cold temperatures. After ordering the needed part, he installed it today and I am very happy with his professionalism and in getting my refrigerator back to normal.
