This company is very nasty. Extremely rude and would have you under the assumption they scam. We ordered a service for our tenant who was having issues with the dishwasher not working. They advised the diagnostic fee was $119 plus tax and charged another $200 hazardous fee for standing water. We deal with many appliance companies but charging $200 to remove less than 1 gallon of water is extreme. We asked for photo documentation to prove the tenant had standing water to pay such a large fee as most companies document what the extra fee covers. Meanwhile whoever is in the office threatened to report the tenants house to the AG and put a lien on the property because they couldn't simply wait for us to confirm with our tenant the specifications of a $326 bill which is almost the cost of a new dishwasher that they failed to document properly. Please review how Nasty this company is below. Text communication attached. I paid the invoice because we have integrity however this company lacks customer service skills and due diligence.

Let us add. No one ever asked if there was standing water in the unit and made us aware there would be an additional $200 charge. When call was made we were greeted with hey tech removed standing water and turn off child lock your bill is $326. Before booking and giving our card out we made it clear we require photo documentation for all repairs. They never sent photos showing water standing and or how they removed water since it was such a safety hazard. We simply asked them to wait while we call and confirm with tenant. We were greeted with the screenshotted message. Along with threats and accusations of committing fraud because we lock our card until we get confirmation from our tenants that their request were met. Payment was made AGAIN BECAUSE WE DON'T LACK INTEGRITY. Blue dragon is overpriced and clearly need to make up for a very slow and dry season which we understand. If you are a new customer run as fast as you can.

This is an amazing company! They weee very prompt in responding to my call and the customer service is excellent. The rollers in the dryer needed to be replaced and not only was it cost effective to have it fix, but my deposit went towards the entire service. Other companies charged a service fee, parts and labor! I highly recommend Blue Dragon! Best experience!

Excellent, responsive service. Fixed a minor refrigerator issue, ordered the correct belt for our dryer and arrived as promised the next morning to install it. Based on our experience, I would use Blue Dragon again.

In early December, I called Blue Dragon again about a scraping noise in the dryer. I thought the recently installed belt might be slipping. They came and checked it. Found the belt was fine, but pulled a small piece of plastic material stuck at the back of the drum for no chsrge.
I highly recommend Blue Dragon. Knowledgeable, efficient and they stand behind their work.

I operate a cottage bakery and my oven stopped working the week I had an order for 200 cookies, 72 cupcakes and 2 cakes! Blue Dragon offered same day service but the situation wasn’t completely dire so I opted for next day AM. I got a window from 8-12. It is 9:17am and I am currently preheating my over for a batch of cupcakes. Blue Dragon was professional, friendly, efficient and operates with integrity. They also offer a great warranty. Folks weren't lying. 5 stars all around for Aaron and Emily and Blue Dragon Appliance Repair. Aaron was honest about my washer and dryer not being worth pouring money into. Gave me a quick explanation on how to fix the water freezing at the bottom of my refrigerator, too. Well worth the money for having them come out and look things over. Call them for any needs you have!

We can’t recommend Blue Dragon enough! They came to a rental property quickly and repaired a gas stove that stopped working. Fast, affordable and pleasant to deal with.

Google AI contacted MyLink Tech Services for me from my Google search for appliance repairs near me to diagnose and repair my electric dryer. Service was same day but whomever I spoke with on the phone struggled with the spelling of my street name. Not a great start but whatever. Mohammed (sp?), the tech, was on time but asked me if I had a dust mask he could use. When I hesitated he said he had one in his truck. Then he asked if I had a step stool he could use to stand on to reach over my dryer to disconnect the vent hose because accessing it from either side wasn't an option. I got him a step stool from my first floor (dryer is in the basement) and he thanked me. After he had the front off of the dryer he asked if I had a shop vac he could use. I probably should've said no but I had one in my kitchen I'd used the day before for some deep cleaning, so I got that for him. After testing all the electronic components, he determined that the timer was bad on the side that controlled the heated drying cycle (as opposed to the air dry/non-heated setting.) The timer he had with him wasn't the type I needed. The price of the correct timer and labor to install it = $375. I mentioned that I could get a used dryer for less than that. It just so happened the only used dryer listed on MyLink's website was also $375. He said they had other ones in their store if I wanted to look at those. I said no thanks and had him put the old dryer back together before he left. You can draw your own conclusions from my experience.
