Very pleasant serviceman. Arrived right on time. Even though the cost to make the repairs made it not a viable option, it was still worth it to look into and I’m glad I did and I would not hesitate to give them a call again if the need arises.

I cannot recommend them and suggest trying someone else. Service for replacement of a door seal on refrigerator. The technician was personable and prompt. He did not have experience or knowledge of how to install the new seal properly and the repair was worse than the original failing part with far more cold air cold leaking out. I spoke with the owner and asked them to come out and try again or let me see if I could put it on properly and get a good seal with the agreement that he would refund at least part of the service fee. I was able to take the seal off, fix the creases, and reinstall it so that the seal/gasket worked properly. However, after six months and repeated phone calls, they HAVE NOT refunded any portion of the service fee nor returned my calls.

I have always loved Central Ohio Appliance Repair. They are always so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Even when you have an issue with something, they are equitable. They were always on time. Joe, Evan and Travis were great!

Tyler was on time and provided a quick diagnosis of our washer. His input on next steps were practical and appreciated.

The tech quickly diagnosed the issue & repaired it quickly. Very professional & trustworthy.

Travis was our tech and was great! Identified & Fixed the problem within a hour, and dryer is good as new. They were very accommodating with scheduling as well. Highly recommend them & will use them in the future, but hopefully no time soon 😉

Don’t ever go through these people the guys came late I called numerous times and received no calls from tech they should up and did nothing they didn’t know how to open the lid then try to charge me 465 for a pulley when all it needed was the heater element as I did repair my self or attempt anyways they were rude and cocky saying it’s 465 or it’s free just super rude anyways long story short I fix my own dryer it was the belt wasn’t correctly put on if these two dummy’s could seen that wouldn’t have got kick out my house they need to be fired and this place needs to be shut down or sued

Cannot recommend this company. I made an appointment on their website and received an e-mail confirmation to expect service between 9-12 AM. On the day of the appointment, I called around 9:20 AM to ask when I could expect the repair person to arrive. They apparently did not have a record of my appointment request. The dispatcher said he would look into that and get back to me and took down my address and phone number. He never got back to me and I called again at 12:20 AM. He said he would call back at 1:00 PM. Not a reliable company. If this is how they handle scheduling appointments I cannot expect them to do good work.

Joe was extremely efficient and he fixed my dryer and did an excellent job. I just felt that your prices were a bit high. it needed one part that cost $33 and the rest was,I guess, traveling and whatever.

Our service person arrived on time and made the repair quickly. He kept us informed on the status of the repair and the dryer now runs perfectly.

Joe, the technician was nice and checked my washer and dryer. It was a “well check” type service, something I’ve never done before, but because the appliances are 25yr old, I wanted to insure no hidden issues existed. They passed. No complaint about my service, but when I booked my appointment, I was told a $99. Service fee/call would be charged. When Joe arrived, and I confirmed both washer and dryer were to be checked, he told me it would be $99.x2. Explained I was not told an additional charge would be made. Fortunately, he called his supervisor, and they waived the second charge. Quite honestly, had they told me it would be a $200. charge, I would not have approved. The basic “check up” performed would no way have been worth that much.

Issue was not corrected. Left several follow up messages company with only one return call. Company follow up is poor. Do not recommend.

Work order was assigned to this company from LG to reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours for refrigerator repair, which has not worked for the past week. LG stated that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment from the company who this job was assigned to, however, 48 hours later and no call. I called LG and they stated that the work order was rejected because there was no available technician. LG stated that I should’ve received a call from this company informing me of that so I was not waiting around for a technician to show up for the repair. Long story short, do not use this company.

I've never left a review but these guys really stood out to me. Had a washer issue that's apparently fairly common. Their technician Greg called me with his ETA, and also asked some basic questions about the issue. Within just a few minutes he very confidently told me that he knew exactly what the issue was, and very affirmatively told me that if he shows up he'll just be repeating the same information in person but it would obviously cost the standard diagnostics fee. Greg could've easily avoided telling me this and came and ran his standard service and charged money for it. I'm extremely impressed with the honesty and overall professionalism from everybody that I've spoke to from this company. It's this sort of straightforwardness that drove me to want to leave this review.

If I could give this company -10 stars, I would the person that took the work order knew ahead of time. What the problem was. There was no power. The technician came in our house for about 10 minutes. He did not use any tools to take off any parts of the back of the washer, he did not test any cords going to the wall from the washer. He said he would suggest that we get a new washer without testing anything on the inside there could’ve been a loose wire there could’ve been all kinds of things that and then they charged us $110 well $118 I would not use this company again. He said the $110 was for diagnostic he did not even hook up the diagnostic tool because he said it had no power. ? Run

This is 3rd time we had service in about 4 months Seems to be same problem each time.If it happens again we will request a different repairman just in case see if it helps. Already paid over $400 Don't believe we shud be charged for service calls if same problems Here is hoping 3rd time is a charm

They helped my mom and dad get their ice maker to work after several other companies telling them it wasn’t able to be fixed. Came and fixed quick in and out! Thank you!

Greg was a great technician and helped explain problem, solutions and even we had to reschedule repair, it was easy and amounted to original quote.

Charged me 2 hours of labor to find out condenser was bad, I wasn’t present but have video and employees who watched the tech talking on the phone most of the time. I understand the service call charge but idk what labor was conducted and 2 hours is a bit much to find out it’s the condenser. I will not call again. God bless

I own star Cleaners in Gahanna and service technician came out December 10, 2025 charged me $169 for a service call. I use residential washer for small loads told me the reason I was having problems was because it was a Samsung then laughed and told me it would be $400 if I wanted a pump replace on it which I refused. Called another guy that’s coming out December 15 with new pump replacement and service call is going to be $195. I think I got the $400 quote because It was late in the day and he really didn’t want to do the job just my opinion though.

Tyler did a great job! Professional and polite. Completed the work quickly with dryer issue resolved. Overall cost of repairing dryer was competitive. Will use Central Ohio Appliance Repair again as needed.
