I got the appointment scheduled very quickly and we did have trouble with the technician getting here in the window scheduled but he accommodated, came late and fixed everything so quickly!!

Very nice and efficient .. father and son team .. wore masks .. found the problem with our dryer and fixed within a reasonable amount of time ..

Came out same day to fix my fridge. Took apart the whole fridge and diagnosed the issue. Came back a couple days later with the ordered part and fridge is working again!

Call the number, type in your zip code and it forwards you to another repair service. The company i was talking with said they have received a few calls like this already this morning. They are a small business and not connected with any other company. All the people that called their business has said the same thing happened to them.

Very unprofessional took my money to do a Diagnostic and it took 4 days to hear any news about my product. Once I spoke to someone they had no clue what I was talking about. An after a ten minute hold someone got on the phone and said we can't fix your product. Come pick it up or we will throw it away I wouldn't recommend them to anybody I know

Tried to help me without even coming out or learning what the problem was. Started talking about ice before even asking if I had an ice maker in use. If he'd taken a moment, he'd have learned that it has been diagnosed as needing a new gasket, and I'm comparing services.

This "company" is just a fowarding service. They don't have any repair technicians, they're just a middle man trying to make a quick buck in the Columbus area.

None of the appliance repair shops have contracted with this company, and they are causing mass confusion as to who is who.

I recommend you call the repair shops directly.

The technician was very prompt, professional, and honest. He repaired my washer but informed me that it wouldn’t last long. It didn’t. I ordered another used washer and he swapped it out and removed the broken one. I will use them again.

My refrigerator was not cooling at all so I decided to call columbus appliance repair and they came out and fixed my LG refrigerator it had compressor issue so we told them to order and replace the compressor they came to replace compressor and after replacing it they made sure the area was cleaned before leaving. I will highly recommend this service and they arrives on time.. I'm really satisfied with them... I will use them for my appliances repair

The service technician (Ron) was extremely helpful and friendly. He checked out two appliances and was able to fix one but unfortunately I'll have to buy a new washer. But I appreciate him explaining to me why I need a new washer now versus just telling me that things are broken.

I was referred to Columbus Appliance Repair by a friend on Facebook. My refrigerator stopped getting cold about a day and a half ago. I called them and they were able to get out the next afternoon and fixed it within about an hour and a half. Saved me the hassle and the money of going out and buying a new fridge. I recommend them.

I called and had a person at my house with 2 hours. He was extremely knowledgable and very professional. While my washer was beyond repair, his honesty was refreshing, as many people would've set me up for a big repair bill. I will definitely use them in the future and will refer them to my friends and family!
