Appliance Repair reviews in Columbus, Ohio

From the time of my initial call until the repair was completed on my oven, less than 24 hours had passed. Very impressed with the speed of the repair, technician called beforehand, was professional and friendly. Completely happy with this repair experience, and will definitely use them again for future appliance repair needs.

Travis came out and looked at my possessed washer (my words, not his) that is over 25 years old. He spent a lot of time looking at it and testing things out. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up not going for the repair due to the repair costing about as much as a new washer. Travis helped me talk through this process but definitely did not sway me either way, just gave me the facts. Would highly recommend this service to others.

I was double charged for the service fee. I have called 4 times in the last few weeks to get my money refunded. I keep getting told someone is at lunch, they will call me back. I was told Morgan's computer was down, I need to speak with Robert. I leave my information every time, they dont call me back and they aren't refunding the additional service fee. Im fine with paying the one, but I was charged twice, that money should be refunded.

First I want to say the technician were kind, professional and kept area clean
while working. I have used this company for other KitchenAid service (cooktop and Ice maker)
I contacted because my KitchenAid wall-oven microwave was not starting (lights on but not working when press start).
They came 4 times to resolve issue. First visit they said I needed a door hinge although I believed it as one of the black switches based on my research ( I even mentioned when scheduling and to the two technicians). They came back with the new hinge a week later and after they left ( within 20 minutes) I tried to run and it did not work. Called back and they rescheduled. I paid $352.78. They came back out and confirmed they needed that switch. ordered switch ( what I initially suggest when I scheduled and during first visit)
Came out today and replaced that switch. The microwave is working. Charged $304.00 for this visit. Total cost $656.00 (this includes two 129.00 service calls, labor and parts. hinge $55 and 164 for switch).
Labor cost is fair and technicians deserve it:). I have no issues paying for a technician’s labor.
The good news is I paid for parts that I can use if the second switch goes out bad news is very costly and multiple visits.
First picture is of old hinge replaced not needed. Second and third picture is part purchased for switch which were not used. Fourth picture is the old part which was removed. -

Home Advisor company - super pushy - there is a reason I would never intentionally sign on.

This is only for GE repair. Making that known up front apparently didn’t make sense to someone...
