Called here to see about getting a back of the hand estimate for our specific situation before we have a formal estimate in person - turned out it was like pulling teeth without painkiller when compared to the other companies we called. So overall, can’t recommend due to the inefficient communication

Years ago I used Paul and he started out good, but soon became very difficult to work with because he was always avoiding wanting to help, seemed lazy, and condescending. When I had my HVAC shut down and was desperate, he had no urgency and didn't care unfortunately and that was the last time I used him.

Middle of a very cold spell the furnace went out. Called Paul About 2PM , and with in 2 hours , bad part was replaced and we were back to normal. He showed me what was wrong prior to the replacement.
Also found a leak in the duck above the furnace that just needed a bit of tape to repair.
Took time to give advice on how to save money on heating bill.
Price was very fair. On HVAC he will be my go to man.

Clayton spent time showing me the exact problem with my unit's heat exchanger and how it was cracked. When I decided to get a new unit, their guys were very professional during the installation and Clayton talked me through the new unit's programmable thermostat's functions.

Quick to respond, fair pricing, and great service. They did a great job cleaning out my AC and repairing a broken part of it. My AC runs MUCH more efficiently since they came out to maintenance it. I was very happy with them!

I've had several heat & air companies out to my home over the past decade and Paul and his boys were bar none the most knowledgeable, considerate, and without a doubt the most thorough group I've ever done business with. Paul took me through the entire house and went over every detail step by step. They put in a new furnace/AC unit and ran all new duct work through my attic. Unbelievable group of gentlemen and would recommend them to anyone needing a true professional to service their heat/AC needs. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our AC went out again for the 2nd time in less than a month. I was extremely surprised our landlords sent out an actual company. Clay called me and tried to squeeze me into their schedule as quick as he could. I told him we have a newborn and asked if he could get us in as soon as possible. He called me back a few minutes later and said he had a client willing to switch times with us and was at my house in 30 minutes! He was so very kind and actually fixed our AC. It has never worked so good. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help us out!

I can't say enough good about this company. They are down to earth, communicative, affordable, and honest people. You really cannot ask for more. Family business, online billing and payment, call before they come so that you don't have to sit home all day and wait. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants quality service for a reasonable price.

They are truly beyond amazing! We live in a historical neighborhood and therefore have an extra amount of heating and ac needs. Clayton and Chase have been to our home numerous times over the past several years. They have always gone above and beyond. Clean, thorough, honest. Very reasonably priced. It’s hard to say you can fully trust someone with repair/maintenance work. With Shadid heat & air we feel confident knowing we are getting an amazing job at a fair price. They are not there to up-charge or sell us on anything. Can’t say enough good about these guys.

I cannot overstate how fantastic this company is! We have never had a negative experience with them. I wanted to take a moment to praise the customer service I received from Locke Supply at 36th and May. Being a trade supply house, I did not expect them to be so helpful.

I was looking for a replacement fan motor. They did not have an exact match but were willing to search and find a suitable substitute motor. Then they helped me further by sorting out the wiring differences.
