Jacob serviced our two furnaces today. Did a great job. Was very neat. Found what needed attention and explained it very well. We’ve used Integrity for years and highly recommend them.

Devin did a good job for us. He thoroughly examined our HVAC system and made several recommendations to help it last as long as possible. Integrity personnel are pleasant and professional and the text reminders are helpful. We are happy with their service and will continue to trust them with our business.

Highly recommend Integrity Services for heating and air needs. We were fortunate to have our service call handled the same day we scheduled. Kevin was able to diagnose the issue with our furnace and get the necessary parts installed all in the same day. Will continue to use them for service and maintenance.

Cesar was wonder to have him working on my new Navien as he would explain things to me as they were doing this upgrade on my system cleaned up after themselves then also Tom and Adam also did a great job working with Cesar. I very happy with Their service as I’m going to become a member to have them take care of my whole house. Linda

Thomas and Tyler are the definition of the company's name: Integrity. They were kind, thorough, honest and all around amazing! There were a number of things that needed to be done to bring our electrical system back up to code and make it safer (especially after 25 years of an aging DIY know it all 😅). They answered all of our questions; were patient, thoughtful and communicated extremely well. I cannot recommend them or Integrity highly enough. Very competitive pricing. Edited to add; when we need HVAC or plumbing, they will be our first (& only) call.

We got the best guy, Jacob to repair the furnace. Jacob was very professional and actually stepped me through the fault isolation and why the master board was the fault. The part no available and we had to schedule for Monday. Jacob arrived with the part, installed and ran a full operational check out. System back on line
Really appreciated Jacob’s attention to detail, and explaining “why” the board was bad, and returned with the new part.
Will request Jacob for any future work.

I just want everyone to be aware Integrity they came out to our home and said we had a fuse out in our heater, then unwired our heater and a/c in the attic then told us it was the fuse box, Nothing wrong with it in the first place! We got a second option and the company said there was nothing wrong on the first place. Be careful who you have work on your home. They changed us $69 service fee for nothing?! They came to done yearly inspection about a month ago and said everything was fine then we turn on our heater for the first time and nothing works?!

Thomas Minor contacted me before arriving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived and promptly assessed the job at hand and started working right away. He completed the assignment of installing new electrical outlets in my carport and well house in a timely manner. He showed me the work he had completed and it was a very satisfactory installation of new electrical outlets.

I will say the initial AI appointment “DANE” is something I don’t like. I like real people to begin with, AI is bad for the environment and the economy and I will die on that hill.
However, I will also say the service was prompt. And mistakes are quickly remedied. I got same day service, and financing that I asked for. It would be nice to have more simplified financing to read. I had 10 pages to read.
The follow up was amazing and went above and beyond. Even wearing shoe covers in my house.

Chad was very professional and upfront with what was going on with our A/C and heating unit. We were given an estimate with options to choose from with no pressure. We were very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.
Isai and Zane were the installers for our new system and they couldn't have been more professional. They were prompt and cleaned up all the trash associated with the install.

Chad came to our home to assess and give a cost estimate for installing a whole home humidifier system. We have 3 zones, which made the assessment more complex. He did a great job gathering the information from us and consulting with his manager to evaluate options so he could generate a bid that met our needs. Thanks Chad!

Our system, which is nearly twelve years old, needed major maintenance. Michael explained to us in detail what needed to be done and the cost, and assisted us in arranging financing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.
Even with the Christmas holiday, the work was done promptly. The technicians worked all day, disrupted our home routine as little as possible, and left everything tidy when they left.
You won’t find anyone better than Integrity.

Plumbing advisor Daniel January performed our free home plumbing inspection and was very thorough and professional. He was knowledgeable and confident his staff would be exceptional in meeting our needs. I will be using Integrity in the future because of this visit!

Chad is the man! Next day service in the middle of a major cold front. Called first, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. Took time to walk us through all of our options. Took pictures inside my furnace and ducts to show me what was going on. Very impressed with Chad and Integrity Air. Will recommend.

The temperature dropped and my heater never kicked on, but thankfully they were able to send Jacob out. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though it was a weekend, I was able to get heat back on within 2 hours of the call. Very grateful for the quick assist!

Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my issues with the air handler unit and heat kit. He corrected some wiring issues I had and added Freon to my AC unit. Very pleased with my experience with Integrity. Would recommend them and will use them again when I have problems.

Chad was a life saver in every way. He helped repair our system and found a gas leak. He stayed with us all day until the job was complete. He was dedicated, kind and professional and we would suggest him for hang hvac needs.

Chad was able to come fix an issue that we weren’t really sure about. With this dooming weather approaching, Chad was able to come on short notice and truly save the day. Our house was having issues heating, especially as it got colder. Space heaters were only working so well. We have pets as well. So I’m just very grateful for Chad’s work today!

The manager, Blaine, at Integrity is a stand up guy and wants to do good for others. I've had great luck with this company and leak detection. I did have an issue with the companies dispatch person and he called to help me through it. He even offered to come out for free and take care of my issue. You can't beat a company like this. Very good company and I would use again. If you have any issues ask for Blaine. He's a great asset to the company and cares about people getting good service.

Integrity heat and air was quick to respond to our needs. Jacob was professional and friendly explaining everything and going over our options. We have use integrity for years with complete replacement of one of our heat pump units. I highly recommend this company.
