Anytime my business is having issues with our boilers, A/C, or anything mechanical, Jackson is the first place I call. They respond very quickly and are able to fix any issue in a timely manner. I am confident when I call them that they will be out soon and will be able to fix any issue that may arise.

Fantastic company. Excellent service. EXTREMELY knowledgable technicians. I highly recommend Jackson for all your commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Their preventative maintenance services are excellent, too. They keep us running smoothly.

My experience with this company was well below anyone’s standard. I called them out to install a couple of outlets and check a couple. The employee’s were down right disrespectful. Took 15 smoke breaks, took a dump #2 while hear, did not clean up there mess and didn’t explain no work that was done. After three week finally got someone back out to repair the drywall that was destroyed. Please don’t use this company.

Update: We have made 2 appointments in the last 2 months, both were canceled the day of the appointment by the company because they stated there were other clients with emergencies. We did reschedule a third time and the manager reached out to us to apologize. The technician showed up during the estimated time frame to service our unit for the winter and was very polite.

Integrity heating and air is the only company we use to service our air conditioner unit. They're reliable and transparent with their prices. Chad serviced our air conditioner for the summer. He was very polite and did a thorough inspection of our unit.

I highly recommend Devin for any HVAC service needs. Devin is a top-notch licensed technician with exceptional skill, integrity, and professionalism. His honesty and work ethic truly set him apart. He takes pride in doing the job right the first time and always goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are comfortable and informed. Chad and Trent did a fantastic job with our fall tuneup and maintenance. This was our first time using integrity for this property and it was a great experience. Chad and Trent caught some issues before they became major problems. They were very thorough and suggested options on solutions that could prevent future issues but they were not pushy about selling upgrades/repairs. They also took safety very seriously and discovered a potential gas leak and had Josh, One of the plumbers on the team come do an inspection. Josh was also very thorough and found something we were unaware of before it could cause major damage. Prior to using this company we used one of their competitors (triple play) four years and after several poor experiences and not being able to get help in an emergency situation or even being able to talk to a human, we reached out to integrity And they were able to help us the same day without it costing a fortune. We will definitely use them again.

Jacob with Integrity is awesome. I will differenty use them again. Very good guy. Got my floor furnace up and going in no time. Unlike the other heating people that we called last year. He fixed there mess up.

Devin was on time, very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He provided good estimates for the recommended work. Glad he was able to make it out for the appointment.

The workers who did the work were 5 star workers. It was a pleasure having them in my home however the salesman who they sent out told me things that did not happen. Once they got my payment in full they wanted to drag there feet coming out and finishing post city inspection rap up and appliance installations. They also have not provided me with a receipt for work done which has a 15 year ownership transferable warranty.

Integrity has been our service company for over 8 years. We have always had good response times from them. Chad and Michael were helpful today as we have to replace our system. I appreciate their kindness and courtesy.

Bottom line up front, these guys were great! I had a small electrical wall heater that was operating intermittently. Enter L&S electric. I sent them an email on Saturday explaining my situation and ask them to contact me the following week to set an appointment. Cody, one of the co-owners of L&S, contacted me later the same day and set an 8:00 am appointment for the following Monday. He arrived just before 8:00, and went to work. After confirming there was 120 volts of power coming in, he disassembled the heater and double checked all the connections, and found one loose. He reassembled the unit and it stared working properly. If you’re looking for a frendly, pragmatic, and knowledgeable electrician, I recommend you give Cody and L&S Electric a call.

I have a yearly maintenance contract with Integrity, Heat, Air, and Electric. Trey did a great job of walking me through the maintenance review. If you need someone to keep your heat and air running, I would recommend them highly.

This is 11/17/25 and Chad was out to service my heat and air. He was very professional, thorough, and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I keep my 5 star review for Integrity and Chad!

Devin came out and did an inspection of our heating/cooling unit and was very friendly and gave us details about what needs to be done with the pricing. We were able to get ahold of them fast and they came out fast to give us a quote. I would definitely recommend if you need someone to get ahold of soon,

Jacob came out to give us an estimate to move our thermostat and also provided some additional ideas of how to help with our airflow. He was incredibly kind and professional and gave great insight on several things we hadn’t thought about.

I had an issue with a service charge and when I reported it, they reached out to me and made it right. I appreciate the effort to live up to their name. I would recommend their service to anyone. They were timely, kept me informed of who and when they were coming and friendly when they arrived. Job completed promptly.

Jacob was so amazing. He worked so hard figuring out which wire needed to be replaced so he could get my heat working until the part came in. I have 3 small kids in my house. I would recommend him as your guy.

Jacob was great- professional, expedient, and polite. This was the best HVAC service experience I have had, after trying at least 3 other companies in the OKC metro area. I highly recommend Jacob at Integrity Heat and Air.
