Chad came to our home after we thought our heating unit had stopped working. He was honest and very helpful in diagnosing the problem. We have worked with this company for several years and have been overall pleased with the outcomes. Thanks to Chad for showing up today and truly being a man of Integrity!! Juan Avila was friendly & efficient with the check up. Also answered my questions, some I’m sure were repetitive, but was patient in explaining everything to me. Love having a local young man in my home to verify everything is ok. Also getting the call that he was on his way was appreciated since it gave me time to get my pets out of the way. Great job by a great young man!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience with Integrity Heat & Air has pushed me to this point. I’ve now been rescheduled three times — once back in November and twice just this week. Each time, I only found out because I called to confirm the appointment; they had no intention of notifying me or rescheduling proactively. The reason I keep being given is that my property is “commercial,” so I don’t receive the same priority as residential customers. As a business owner, I fully understand that weather and emergencies can shift schedules, but after the third failed attempt, especially while paying $500 a year for their membership, this is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I called in, they had little to no record of my prior appointments and blamed it on “undergoing changes.” Meanwhile, I’m the one stuck needing documentation for my landlord, and their continued delays have put me in a very difficult position. The operator’s solution was to offer me an appointment two weeks out, and even then she couldn’t confirm it. When I asked about canceling my membership, she simply hung up on me. Although she later called back saying she may be able to get someone out today, her tone and attitude were incredibly unprofessional and honestly made the situation even more frustrating.

I switched to this company after dealing with a disastrous HVAC provider — one whose negligence led to a full unit replacement — and I genuinely believed Integrity Heat & Air would be an upgrade. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing the exact same issues all over again. They were quick to take my membership payment in June, but when it comes to actually providing the service I’m paying for, they’ve shown unwillingness, disorganization, and a serious lack of customer care.

At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and questioning whether this company understands the meaning of integrity at all.

We called this company about a backed up kitchen sink. Things started with them coming out to try and snake the drain. It didn’t work so they said they would have a camera come out and see what the problem is. They didn’t get that done and said that we’d have to have them find and repair the pipes manually through the floor. It was going to be $8400 for the hole and fix. They dug a huge grave sized hole in our kitchen floor and uncovered zero pipes to fix. They then asked for my father’s number to contact him directly about replanning the entire house for $20,000 saying that our pipes have collapsed and the rest of the pipes would likely do the same. We called for a second opinion and the plumber from the other company gave me proof that not only did the pipes not collapse due to no dirt or blackness in the line but that there was no need to cut that huge hole in our concrete slab at all. They are proposing a $350 fix for the entire thing. We are contacting our homeowners insurance and a lawyer at this time to get the damage this company has done to our property repaired.

This company is threatening us with a lien on our property for the work they botched and misdiagnosed in the pursuit of getting more and more money from my 76 year old father. If I could give zero stars I would.

Run away as fast as you can!

Integrity provided us with a wonderful experience. Isai and Zane were professional, thorough, kind, and very attentive to detail. We highly recommend Integrity and will certainly call them for any future needs.

Jacob was here for a routine service visit, he found a leak in my system. My evaporator coil helped to make sure that it was ordered for replacement right away. Also help me register my system that was never done when I purchased it. Very friendly, outstanding Customer Service! As far as how Integrity does with the replacing my leak leaking coil, I will have to get back to you.

Michael was highly efficient and incredibly nice. He helped me with some quirks in our payment which was very helpful. Michael had called us several times to make sure things worked smoothly, which they did. We are really glad to have this new system with Michel’s awesome help. I say choose Integrity!

Also, Isai and Zane were excellent installers. They were timely and efficient, and took care of installing our new system in a highly skilled manner. When you choose Integrity, be sure to ask for Isai and Zane. They have restored our house to a cool home again.

Integrity came out today and reviewed my HVAC system with me. Michael Coleman, was by far the best technician/representative that I have had the pleasure of working with. He was super kind, knowledgeable, flexible and understanding. Truly exceeded expectations. 10/10 would recommend reaching out to Michael for any HVAC questions/ needs.

Jacob M. did a maintenance check on our heater. He appeared very knowledgeable. He was very kind, mannerly & considerate of not tracking in snow. He answered questions asked. Integrity put in our heat & air units. We also had a whole house generator put in recently. We have been very pleased with their services.

I want to thank Jacob for the exceptional service/repair he performed today on my home furnace. He showed me the new parts that were being replaced, worked with me on placement area for new unit surge protector, and upon completion of work, provided before and after pictures of everything he did. To top it off, he cleaned up all debris. Thank you Jacob.

Integrity is an excellent company. The price was fair. Chad was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them from now on. Chad told me about a maintenance plan they have , that sounds really good. I will probably get it!!! Chad was able to come before the snow storm hits!!!! I’ll be warm now… Thank you Chad !!!!

I just want to say thank you to Integrity Services for helping me in my time of need. We have had constant sewer issues since moving into our home, and honestly we had been avoiding calling a plumber because we were worried about the severity and cost of a full drain replacement under the slab.

When they came out, they introduced us to something we had never even heard of before—sewer line lining. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole process much less stressful than we expected.

I truly can’t express how thankful we are for their help and professionalism. If anyone is dealing with sewer problems, I highly recommend Integrity Services. They were honest, knowledgeable, and a huge help when we needed it most.

These guys used operate as "first time heat & air". Paid $7000 for new heat & air unit & now it does not work. Dont let these guys screw you over.

This company is the worst. I have had a broken ac fan motor for 2 weeks and they just came out a second time to look at the same motor and do absolutely nothing to fix the unit. Getting very hot here and I'm pissed!
