We had a truly great experience with this company. They were very fast to schedule our appointment, and Nicholas was able to come out the very next day. He immediately got to work, located the leak in our tub drain, and had it fixed quickly and effectively.
​Nicholas was highly professional, very nice, and made the whole process easy—a pleasure to work with. If you need service, don't hesitate! We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We use Mr. Rooter at work when we need the big guns. So, when I had a toilet back up I called them, and they sent Chris Moore. He was able to arrive quickly and auger the clog causing the backup. He inspected my water heater, and gave me insights on how to maintain my plumbing. All around a great experience.

Mr. Rooter is my go-to company for all plumbing needs! They come out quickly and are great. Cameron came out a couple of weeks ago to fix a leaky pipe and did a great job. He worked efficiently to find and fix the issue, was very friendly, and left the area clean. After he left, the pipe started leaking from a different point. He came back the following day, found a small chip, and installed a brand new pipe at no additional charge! He was again very friendly and clean. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Cameron!

Jeremy Hicks went and above and beyond with our water heater installation. When the delivery company was only able to drop off our heater on the sidewalk, Jeremy came that same day, uninstalled our aging heater, took it away, and installed the new heater. If it weren’t for Jeremy being able to come on the same day we reached out, I might have had to camp out by the heater on the sidewalk until someone was able to come out install it.

Look, nobody ever wants to call a plumber. Chances are that you’re pretty stressed out when you do. And that is exactly why you should use Mr Rooter. They are great!!

We have used them for years and years and their team is 100% professional, calm and transparent about cost. Repairs nearly always cost less than I think they will, and they are certainly all completed quickly. There is no way I will switch plumbers at this point - we truly feel like our Mr. Rooter is on our side.

Ric did a great job of fixing the issue quickly and explaining what he was doing along the way. He gave me some insight into what to expect in the future with my kitchen faucet and how to address it. He was friendly and polite and I actually enjoyed having my plumbing fixed! I have always had great service from Mr. Rooter and will continue to use your services when I need plumbing help.

We had a pretty bad main-line clog that happened on a weekend (of course). Our house is relatively older, and we have 3 total main-line drains that empty into our septic system. The "old" one is the one that clogged. We tried to clear it ourselves, but were unsuccessful.

I made a call to Mr. Rooter on a Saturday afternoon, and after going through the AI-powered voice scheduler (a bit weird), I had a scheduled call with Levi on Sunday. He came out and had the issue cleared relatively quickly. That was obviously a great thing.

What I truly appreciated was Levi was a kind and professional person. He explained things very easily so I could understand what was going on, what he was going to do, and what he did. He presented options afterwards for remedies if something like this happened again in the future. He also was very respectful of our property.

I will call Mr. Rooter again if we need services like this again. And I highly, highly recommend them for any plumbing-related services. The quality of work you will likely get most places, but the personal touch and professionalism is something I rarely find these days, and Mr. Rooter and Levi brought it.

My hot water heater went out on a saturday. Wasn't sure who to call. Found Mr. Rooter online. Called and was helped by a very nice informative representative. She said they would have someone out that day and would fix the problem today. She gave me a window of time, and Parker Ryan showed up on time and ready to fix it. As it turned out I needed a whole new unit. Mine was over 25 years old. I needed a gas powervent model that is a little hard to find. Parker and I talked about all my options, many times. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. I decided to wait til Tuesday to get a quality replacement. Tuesday came and Parker was on time worked hard. Greg showed up to help and between both the Job was done very professional. They fixed a few things that weren't right, exhaust, clamping to wall. All and all they did a great job. I would definitely ask for Parker if I have any further problems. Greg is very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Mr. Rooter (winky) to anyone how needs plumbing services.

We have been using Mr. Rooter for several years and they have never failed to provide excellent service and first-rate work, either in emergency cases or for regular service. Mr. Rooter's plumber, Alex, was at our home last week for bathroom repairs and did an excellent job. He was personable and informative, texted when he was on his way, and arrived on time. Thank you!

Jeremy was outstanding. He quickly identified the key issues and worked diligently to make the repairs and did not leave until he was sure everything was taken care of. We also appreciated his friendly personality and sense of humor! We fully trust Jeremy and would not hesitate to have him work on our system again.

Ric was awesome! He showed up same day, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did the work quickly and efficiently! We found out we both grew up in the Gorge, which was an added bonus. He made sure everything was plumbed correctly and working before he left. I highly recommend Ric for all of your plumbing needs!!!

Greg of Mr. Rooter came to our home today and figured out our issue. He not only provided us with estimates, but explained each to us in easy-to-understand terms. He was not pushy. I love working with Mr. Rooter because they hire good people who treat clients with patience.

So friendly, so thorough and a real pleasure to have our home during a not so fun experience!

I had the tile redone in my master bath. The remodel contractor pulled the toilet and set it back, but he wasn't a plumber. Over time the toilet started rocking. Mr. Douglas, from Mr. Rooter came to work on it and inspect all the other plumbing fixtures in the house. Another toilet was loose, but snugged up easily with a few twists of the wrench. My water heater also passed with flying colors. Unfortunately, the master bath toilet proved to have a serious issue. Mr. Douglas pulled the toilet and found that the flange underneath was unlevel and cracked. The tile setter had forced grout under the edge of the flange and also overtightened the toilet bolts - warping the edges and cracking the slots that hold the toilet bolts.

Mr. Douglas was courteous and professional. He was also on the early side of his plumbing career. I was so impressed that he paused when he had questions and immediately got phone video support from a seasoned pro in the Mr. Rooter office when he realized the old flange was glued to the drain pipe and couldn't be removed. Mr. Jeremy coached him through a range of repair options and some technique tips on drilling the concrete slab for a metal repair ring. It was super smooth from there. The flange will outlast the house. The toilet is rock solid. And I'm confident now that the issue won't progress to a compromised seal letting in water or sewer gasses.

Jeremy installed our heat pump water heater smoothly as planned. During the bid phase, he asked some thoughtful questions about my plans to move the location of the water heater and washer that other contractors didn't. After fa t checking what several contractors told me, Jeremy emerged as the most knowledgeable on heat pump water heaters and plumbing in general.

Mr. Chris Moore was a fantastic technician. He was extremely patient and skilled. He throughly explained all the options and steps, and was determined to fix our drain issue even though it proved more challenging than he originally thought. I would have no hesitation referring Mr. Moore to anyone having plumbing issues! Thank you!!!

Mr. Rooter has been my “go to” plumber for ages because they deliver great service and quality work. When I finally got around to remediation of my 100 year old home’s galvanized pipes, I went with Mr Rooter with full confidence they would do things right. And they did! We had an outstanding experience with this plumbing service! On the morning of a baby shower I was hosting, we discovered our kitchen sink was completely backed up — talk about stressful timing. Alex arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and got right to work.

Mr Atreyu was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up an hour after we called on a Saturday. We ended up requiring additional work, which we kind of suspected, and he completed the work we needed in two trips all within 24 hours. He tried to keep costs to a minimum by working efficiently and did a great job of explaining the repair and warranty. We love Mr. Rooter! We use them all the time for any issues that come up and have always been super impressed and satisfied — this last visit by Cameron Mower was no exception, truly a delight! Not only was Cameron incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous about the task at hand, but he was also super kind and personable and easy to be around. I was happy to welcome him into our home and he did an awesome job swapping out our bathroom faucet for one that was freshly powder coated. I’ll def be requesting Cameron for our future visits!
