The cost for the scope of work was fair and reasonable - definitely of excellent value - and did exceed our every expectation.

Scott and his son are very communicative, on-time and extremely hard working. I trusted them completely. They did a beautiful job and are just really nice people. I would 100% recommend them for stacking and splitting.

I had a smaller amount of wood to split and I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it, but Scott gave me a very fair price. The photos show what I had to start and then half of the split fire wood that I left in my driveway to pack up and give to a friend.

Getting a quote was a quick phone call. I actually did not call around for comparable quotes, because it was clear to me in our phone call that Scott was willing to meet my smaller project with a reasonable price and was dedicated to a positive outcome for all. They also left the work site cleaner than when they arrived, which is a well appreciated detail.

Scott and his son were awesome all around. They showed up on time (couple minutes early even), were courteous throughout and split and stacked an entire tree in almost no time. They left the site clean and gave expert advice, including saving us money by recommending we don't split an old tree that would produce little usable wood.

My toddler son was very curious about all their tricks and equipment and they were patient and wicked kind throughout letting him see everything.

Scott and his team split over 5 cords of massive rounds for us. He showed up early with a team of hard-working guys and got the job done incredibly quickly. His team was kind and respectful to my property. I would definitely recommend NW Wood Splitters. Fantastic work, worth every penny.

Scott and his crew with Northwest Wood Splitters LLC made quick work of cutting and splitting up a large beech tree that was down and cut into 16" long rounds. There were 30 or more big round, 20 to over 30 inches in diameter, each weighing hundreds of pounds. Scott and his men did the job quickly, safely, professionally and for a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing heavy duty log cutting and splitting

Have been trying to cancel this company’s service for months now but they keep charging me.

We have called to cancel 5 times now and gotten told okay but then a day later someone else comes out that we didn’t ask for and they charge us again. Their system doesn’t work, their company lacks communication, and I am now taking it to my bank to dispute all charges and block them from my account because I am sick and tired of being randomly charged $200 and being gaslit by their customer service telling me they will refund me and then never doing it and never actually cancelling the services. We have had to deal health issues and being out of work and more than once these times they’ve charged us when it should have been cancelled has taken away our budget for gas and food and it’s NOT WORTH IT. Our grass is dead, been dead the whole time, and I still have bugs everywhere and have sent them videos to prove it.

Customer service sucks! I've tried to get representative to get back to me on billing, as was charged more than what was quoted. 2 days and no answers. Finally reached out to corporate billing, the response was "we will correct as a 1 time courtesy" ! I wanted an explanation as to why I was not charged as quoted. Not a reason just a courtesy. And then what happens next visit.
Now the guys that serviced were fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and super nice to talk to. Unfortunately I can't recommend as you will probably get charged who knows what. I will be canceling and going to another company! The new company should hire Mike w tree and shrub, and Blake with lawns! Hats off to them, top notch!
In this day and age your customer service has to be top notch and communicate! Fast forward a day and now I have several burned areas in my grass..called several times until finally got a return from service manager..he will be out tomorrow to look at damage. I have a graduation party at my house in 3 weeks! Furious!
Fast forward again, 2 months later and my grass is still burned! I've been patient while they tried to repair..first prepping and reseeding areas, 2nd spray painting burned areas..yes you read correctly! 3rd reseeding again!
I am now getting bids from other companies for resodding to correct their mistakes...accidents happen, but 2 months with several areas of burned grass is NOT ok!

Our service was great and the gentleman doing the work was informative, very kind and polite.

He is always right there to answer any and all of my questions with a smile and information that is pertinent and reliable. He’s a great team player for Trugreen and represents your company extremely well. Okay, I am now a True Green Believer!
I honestly did not think that anything could save my week-choked giant lawn, short of ripping it all out and starting over.
I tried everything I could do own my own, but my poor lawn was almost completely overwhelmed with crab grass, moss, dandelions and a wild assortment of weeds I never even saw before.
I was pretty much at the end of my rope when I finally called True Green….I was met with a calm reassurance that they would totally be able to save my lawn…hard to believe, but gosh darn, my lawn has been entirely transformed!
It’s back to its happy self, green and all grass and no weeds!
It’s crazy, but it’s real…I am completely blown away and so happy every day to see it be just what it’s supposed to be…a gigantic green lawn!

Lance (5 stars) performed our first lawn treatment today. He was polite and answered all of our questions. I am looking forward to being a customer with TruGreen. I will give a low rating though to the TruGreen national call service, they made unacceptable errors on our original order and when I called them to get it straightened out, they messed it up even more. However, I then spoke to Josh, the local accounts manager and he got right on it getting everything all figured out and fine tuned correctly. Thank you Josh, Lance, and the LOCAL TruGreen team for getting everything worked out for us and committing to providing excellent customer service! Personal opinion, this company doesn’t need an underperforming call center, leaving a sour first impression when the TruGreen local employees are so fantastic!

My yard looks beautiful all day long because true Green takes the best care of my yard, much more than I ever would be able to get up with every little thing that true Green takes care of for me. I have beautiful roses, I have will cared for shrubs, and my trees are kept and the best condition that helps my yard and home look manicured and beautiful.

All good just wishing service man could have come when we got home at 3pm. The customer service department is hard to make contact in evening otherwise I hoping all went correctly & properly don’t know for sure other than a note was left on my door as to what was done. I would have liked to talk with my service man the first time

This company may be a scam. They charged my credit card over ten days ago and nobody has shown up to do the job. I called the rep many time and still the job has not been scheduled. I will update this post if things change.

When I first started my lawn needed some serious repair. I got an ad in the mail for TruGreen so I called them up and started a monthly program. The first three months I saw the technicians come out and fertilize the lawn. This was not helping the issues. I soon realized my lawn needed to be thatched. It also needed to be fertilized with some good soil. It also needed to be sewed with seeds in that fresh soil. I thought the true green technicians were going to assist in this or we’re going to help provide information to do this, but I had to do all this on my own with plenty of my own research. I think I paid way too much money for the simple aeration and for the calcium. I asked the technicians when they came if they could help me with thatching the lawn and they told me that they do not do lawn maintenance they just fertilize. The use of the weed killer also was counter intuitive especially when techs would fertilize at the same time. My yard would be green with spots of yellow and brown. Overall, I give you guys a 3 stars. The service was minimal and careless at times. My doorbell camera catches everything. I probably won’t use your service again, unless you guys offer MORE services for the right price. Lastly, please DO NOT advertise in my lawn.

So I called these guys and I wanted them to come out and get an estimate for my yard and they didn’t want to. They looked it up online google maps and proceeded to tell me they can do it for 77 bucks every 4 to 6 wks weeds and everything this included a clean up. Just thought it was sketchy cause he also told me if you give me your card now it will be half off so I told him ok let me talk to my husband well the guy hung up on me. Needless to say think this was a scam.
