How can they call themselves a lawn car company when they do not do soil test. So they are just guessing what your lawn needs. If my lawn already has enough nitrogen and they add more they can burn it. They only put down chems and hope for the best., Hell I can do that. I'm looking for a pro these people are not.

This company has extremely shady business practices. I inquired once online, and then received at least 5 calls a day, every day. I finally connected with someone and asked my questions, but I wasn’t ready to move forward. Then, about 2 days later, I started getting texts and emails saying “Thanks for choosing TruGreen, click here to confirm your plan”. I ignored it figuring it was a sales tactic, until today I got an email confirming my plan, my customer number, my visit frequency, etc. I chatted with them and sure enough, someone signed me up without my consent. This is completely unethical and unacceptable, and no doubt they would have showed up and expected me to pay for services I never authorized. Run far away!

The specialist was very cordial and asked if we had any concerns. We did not.

TruGreen was very thorough in explaining the different types of my grass, which I thought was crabgrass. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and had excellent manners. I highly recommend this company

We’ve had only one treatment so far for our grass and it looks absolutely amazing ! We’ve had two treatments for our trees and scrubs and they are very thorough and honest about what they’ve done . I got a personal phone call after our first scrub treatment which I really appreciated in regards to specific problems they are trying to remedy with the treatments especially in regards to our Rhododendrons. Everything very customized and our yard looks very healthy !

You guys are in the process of fixing my lawn. I have weeds! I've had 3 lawn treatments. It works quickly. It's a lot greener. Everyone I've talked with has been very nice and helpful. My mom has used you for lawn service for years. Her lawn looks like a golf course. Really nice. Thanks you guys. 😊

Well, I have to tell you. True Green does. good work. but you need to pay attention to what they do. A lot of these people try to take advantage. when you're not looking. They'll do the work, but not the way you'd like to have it done. I do trust true green. I've used them for years. but somehow I feel that I'm overpaying for something. I'm not really getting. But time will tell.

This was our first visit and application and look forward to the results. Blake was very courteous and explained the process very well.

This company has the worst customer service, managers, and lawn care.
I had a black slim mold in my yard. Hired TruGreen 6 month ago because they said they can get rid on it.
Still have the black slim mold, my yard looks horrible , and they did a service that I told them I didn’t want then charged me for it. The area Rep. doesn’t even answer or return calls.
They also call you so much that it is borderline harassment. 3-4 calls, voicemails, emails and text messages a day.
Needless to say I cancelled my service and they are still calling just as much.

For more than 20 years, I have been very satisfied with Tru-Green for my lawn and shrub care. However, most recently I have been disappointed over no follow-up from (2) soil samples from 2024 that have not been updated to me. I also was told today that the yellow grass in my yard is a result of a fungus from the Spring rains and it is too late to treat it now, due to the heat of Summer. The last Tru-Green representative who treated my yard for weeds and fertilization in May said he did not know why my grass was yellow and suggested I put down peat moss, but he was not exactly sure that would help. I would like someone from the company to call, come out to my property and tell me exactly what I need to do to keep my grass green and healthy and not pulling out by the roots with either a fungus or soil amendment issues.

We have only had Trugreen’s service for a short time and already we can see a big difference in our lawn. I am looking forward to seeing the progress as it continues. All of the people we have talked to have been professional, courteous and on time!

Tido showed up as my TruGreen App said he would. Tido was very helpful in answering all my questions as a new customer. Tido Was also very knowledgeable in his profession, not only in the lawn preparation, but our trees and shrubs too. Tido pointed out an issue with our boxwoods and let me know the best direction to take and what they could do to help. Very pleased!

Super happy with my lawn service so far. They did an excellent job aerating and reseeding my lawn. Really went the extra mile making sure all the bald spots were covered. Technicians have been happy to cover any concerns I have had.

Tru Green consistently does a great job. My lawn went from pale green with thin patches under the trees to beautiful, thick, lush green. Results are quickly noticeable but complete results take a few months. If you use them short term to get your yard back in shape, I recommend going through a full year so your lawn gets all the soil amendments.
