Redbird Roofing... FINALLY someone who can do Mobile Home roofs! Jordan came out and found the cracks along the edging of my roof and fixed for a very fair price and in a timely manner. Even my dog liked him.

Redbird came out after we bought our house to remove an old satellite dish and repair the holes. After doing a roof inspection they found a couple small issues that they fixed for free! Great company, great team, great prices!

Elias tore out a shower insert and prepped and tiled the shower to our complete satisfaction. We found Elias and his crew to be very conscientious about their work and their relationship with us. Elias has a good working relationship with a plumber that we used. This allowed us to have the best placement of our plumbing fixtures and keep the project moving on track. We are extremely happy with the results of his work. He would always let us know when he would start working the next day so we could be ready for him and he would always let us know, as soon as possible, if he would be delayed starting for the day. He completed the project in the timeframe he laid out for us. He loves his work.

My husband and I had our kitchen remodeled over the summer and we used Evans Tile & Remodeling to complete the project. We had them do a subway tile back splash in our kitchen. I can't say enough about their work! They are professional, friendly, reasonably priced, quick- they were able to get the job done right away, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! I'd recommend their service to anyone and we would certainly use them again for any other tile projects.

Great selection and pretty much always the best price. I've spent the last few years fixing up my 1940's home, and this is conveniently located and has what I need. Lumber quality is sometimes questionable, I would definitely dig through yourself to pick out what you need. I often end up using Mr. Plywood instead just for lumber. Also I would seek professional advice and installation services from somewhere else if you need it. There are a handful of employees here who know their stuff, but everyone else will likely just know as much as you do (maybe less). So come with your research done and a list of what you need and you will be in and out quick, and will spend less than most other places. If you use their phone app for your list of supplies it will tell you the aisle and bay number where each item is located, which is VERY helpful.

Unfortunately I bought a house right down the street so I go here more often than I'd like. The prices are usually good compared to better hardware stores, and they have virtually anything you would need, but they treat their employees poorly and the service suffers for this reason.

People aren't usually very helpful, and somehow nearly every time I come here the exact isle I need to go down ends up gated off for 10 minutes while somebody bumbles around with a forklift and I wait patiently.

They have a huge amount of turnover because of the bad treatment of employees and cut-throat wages, and basically new people getting trained by the next wave of quitters.

To top it all off, Home Depot is pretty high on the evil corporation scale. The corporation itself is just plane evil so I try not to support them when it's reasonably avoidable.

Tried to find out if they carried the item in the size I needed, but instead I got passed around the phone tree by people who couldnt comprehend why I didn't have a tracking number until the poor confused representative finally ends up calling the branch to inquire on my behalf.

You think your automated phone trees are saving you resources? They are not. I have been on the phone for 15 minutes and wasted 3 of your employees time for what I could've accomplished in 3 minutes if I had been entrusted with the direct line.

They didn't have the item I needed in stock after all. At this point I'll order it from someone else.

Very tall rude sales person wearing sunglasses with an attitude . There were no customers at the returns desk but about 3 employees. So I walked up and said "Where do want me, to do my return ?" The rude guy with sunglasses said " You will have to go back in line and wait to be called." I did there was just me then another customer came up and was just as perplexed. I the rude sales person passed us and I said " hey who is going to help us? " no response he didn't care and made it known. A young girl waved me over and I did my return she was nice and courteous. Went to the tool area and Noah the person in charge of that department took extra care in helping me. Too bad that some rude employees ruin for the rest of the hard working employees. I will not be back, there are a lot of hardware stores that want my business. Someone needs to talk with rude employees and explain that without customers there is no pay check. I know this well I served the public and trained employees how to deal with people for 35 years. This is really managements job to train people or hire smart. This did not happen.

I bought a steel front door and storm screen door. I was originally quoted at 5 hours. It only took about three to install the doors. Wonderful serviceand the installer did a really good insulation around the area of the door and floor.

I purchased a carpet install, it was pushed out twice, resulting in the process taking a lot longer than expected.
Once the day came to install, they brought the wrong carpet. I guess the carpet I picked was for DIY only, but someone also input the wrong carpet into the system. While in contact trying to figure out what happened, I was informed that someone changed it in person a half hour prior to purchasing after the quote was updated. I told them that's impossible because I only came to the store once three hours before purchase. So that's a thing. Once that was squared away it took another 5 days for delivery and install.

Once it finally came, it was the correct color. Install took maybe 2 1/2 hours for a bedroom. The employee in the flooring department was helpful upon purchase and me asking questions, so I'm not sure where the mix up happened.

Hopefully this was a one off thing, but idk if l will use the service in the future, even disabled.

This caused me to not be able to move into my own room for a month, as we just moved and had to wait for this to be done before unpacking.

All construction projects have challenging details to work through. This one was no exception. All in all the Home Depot team pulled through. Jose, my carpet installer tied all the details together making it a great experience.
