Comfort Heating installed a new heat pump and ductless system a few years ago. My August electric bill was under $70.00 and I keep my main floor at 70 and my upstairs sleeping area at 68. 30+ days of 90+ heat and I remained comfortable. I've recommended this company to others and am grateful I found them because I trust them implicitly to provide quality products and quality service.

September 2023: I highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling. They are professional, efficient and do a fantastic job including answering my questions. They are programmed into my phone so I never have to look for them because they are my "go to" company for heat pump and ductless system maintenance. I will admit I do not know enough about what all is included in HVAC - if that includes a Heat Pump then that's why I clicked on it.

We had gone with another company in the past. While trying to set up an appointment with this company all I got was an answering machine that didn't even identify the company you had called. Comfort Heating and Cooling was recommended. I called and got a real person! Set up an appointment for maintenance. Was sent a reminder message a couple days before the appointment. The technician showed up on time, actually a little early, which was okay. He was very conscious of tracking in any dirt. He did a great job. Let us know exactly what he had done and what he had found. No problems. Highly recommend this company.

Great Company

We have used them for many years to help our AC unit keep working until parts were no longer available. When it came time to replace our unit they were less expensive than the other quote we received. Jim has always shown up on time and done A+ work. Charlie and Julie have always replied promptly to all my emails and been great to work with.

Comfort installed a super efficient Daikin heat pump in our a-frame. Their service is great, and we're saving a ton of money on heating bills. When a pressure washing service inadvertently broke the intake, Comfort ordered the replacement part and repaired the system promptly. Really happy with Comfort Heating & Cooling!

I recently had a great experience with Comfort Heating & Cooling, Jim came out and performed an in-depth service and analysis on my entire HVAC system which included furnace/heating along with central A/C and also a couple of ductless units. He was great, made solid recommendations and suggestions - and their customer communication and service is all-around great as well.

We would highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling. We live in Hoodland, Oregon. Our furnace went out and the temperatures were in the teens. We called and had an immediate response. Where other companies had said sorry we do not service your area, Comfort Heating was there for us. After checking out our furnace, it was found a part needed to be ordered. Of course it was a holiday. The part was ordered and right after the holiday we received a text verifying our appointment. Our service technician was on time and quickly had our furnace up and running and a new thermostat installed. Professional, skilled and responsive. Comfort Heating and cooling team are fantastic! They made the process so easy and were pleasant to work with! Julie was easy to contact and get any information you may need and explained everything great. When Jim came out to give us an estimate, he wasn’t in a hurry to get us to commit. He gave us his professional opinion, which is nice when you have no clue about AC units, but did it in a way that didn’t make us feel like he was pushing us to do anything. When it came to instillation they were quick, right on time, easy to work with and didn’t mind my puppy constantly wanting to say hi. I highly recommend them. We were working with a previous company before, and we are so happy we went with Comfort heating and cooling. The estimate was about the same for a brand new AC, but their customer service and knowledge made it priceless. Thank you Jim, Julie, and other gentlemen that helped install the unit. We have relied on Comfort heating for over 15 years. We find their technicians great to work with and Comfort heating is always affordable and reliable.

We had a system installed and the install needed some corrections. My husband pointed out the issues and they were quick to correct and didn’t argue with us which means more to us than had it been done correct on install. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again.
