When I started thinking about replacing my old furnace and window air conditioner and getting central air I spoke to my neighbor and she highly recommended Comfort Heating and Cooling. I made an appointment and Charlie came and we discussed my options. There was no hard sell. Charlie and Julie, in the office, kept in touch with updates. Even the installer's Jacob and Berto explained what they were doing.

Our first hot day in the NW occurred and lo and behold my air conditioning unit would not turn on. So, I reached out to Comfort and in less than 24 hours a technician was on scene and diagnosed, replaced the part and fixed the problem. Good news was that the unit was still under warranty so I only paid for the service fee. What a relief not only from the heat but from the expense of a costly part. Comfort is an amazing HVAC company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are very pleased with the service we've received from Comfort Heating & Cooling. They're always prompt about responding for requests for service, and show up quickly after we request service. We had an issue with our air conditioning system that's been present since we bought the house new 10 year ago, and they were able to fix the issue (leaking refrigerant) and it's stayed fixed since, though our exceptionally hot summer of 2025. Plus, the person who comes out for service, Charlie Wallen, is a nice and professional as anyone could want.

I did some emergency battlefield dressings on our old heat pump but the day came when a more professional intervention was necessary. CHC was very accommodating. I knew I was going to have to bite the bullet but decided to repair for now and replace the entire system down the road. Jacob got us up and running right away. He didn't seem bothered at all with my list of questions. He pointed out how a previous tech had modified the system and that it actually made my furnace less efficient. When the time comes to replace my entire system, I'm calling CHC.

The Owner and staff strive for customer service and backs everything up with their action and professionalism. The communication is the best I have found. Their pricing is right on spot with what the market is. They will work with you in every way to get you the best product.

Comfort Heating and Cooking is the only company to use for all of your HVAC needs. I highly recommend their maintenance program. I have a family member that relies on keeping the house a certain temperature for their medical needs. When my system went out during a heat wave they were the only company that was willing to flex their schedule to ensure safety. It was that business ethic that keeps them coming for my annual maintenance and my upgrades.

You will not find a better professional company in the area and they will make you feel like you have an extended family. They also respect and appreciate Veteran's, first responders and elderly. Honestly they show appreciation to all equally.

I had my whole house converted form ceiling coils to mini split heat pumps. It has been an amazing upgrade. They were very quick and professional. Charlie and Julie were great to work with, very informative and quick to respond.

Love these guys. They came right out with a good bid and lots of information and explanations about the alternatives. They knew what they were talking about. It wasn't a sales pitch, it was an engineering discussion. They installed it 2 days later: a heat pump and a furnace in one short day.

After lots of frustration with other HVAC company's not returning calls or emails to set up a regular service call my neighbor suggested contacting Julie and Comfort.
She returned my email promptly and set up a schedule for me. The service Tech showed up on time, was friendly, and performed his service of the furnace for winter.
From this I have signed up for continued care from Comfort.

Comfort Heating & Cooling sized and installed a mini-split for a shed in my backyard. The entire process went off with no problems and the mini-split has worked fabulously. The mini-split has had no problem keeping the shed warm or cool in all weather conditions. The workers show up when they're scheduled, are ready to go on arrival, work steady and carefully, and clean up after they're finished. I've just renewed the annual maintenance contract to keep the mini-split in perfect shape. Overall, I am very happy with the company and the equipment they market, install, and support.

Viking is an amazing company! Milo and his team have taken care of my radiant heaters at my business. In addition, they installed a new HVAC system in our break room. The team is always on time, courteous and get the job done in a timely fashion.
