Tim came out to our home after hours when our furnace stopped working. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. It ended up just being a bad igniter, and he had the part ready in his truck. Pricing was very fair, and he was professional and kind. 100% recommend him!

Our Furnace quit working on a Sat, when temps were really low and we had a family dinner planned. We reached out to Tim and he was able to come over same day, he identified the problem and came back the following Monday to complete the repair. He was very professional and we more than appreciate that he was able to come over so quickly. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Tim responded immediately to our inital call and was able to assess our heater issue same day. We knew we needed replacement and he explained options and pros and cons to each clearly and without pressure. Received quotes next day and for a fair price less than a larger competitor's quote we received. Install was just days later and done in one day! We were pleased to support a smaller teamed family-owned business and even more pleased with the service and attention to detail.

When we needed help immediately, Tim came through for us. The thermostat for our home unexpectedly stopped working during a very cold week, leaving us with no heat. We gave Northwest Air Solutions a call and they came the very next day, solving the issue instantly. It was truly a pleasure working with them, from a detailed explanation on troubleshooting the issue, to solutions right away, I will surely never use or trust anyone else for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Could not be any more pleased.

I had Timmy come out today to install my mini split and air conditioning unit. He was quick punctual on time and very easy to communicate with. He left no mess. I would recommend him to anyone.

Northwest Air Solutions saved my family from the cold! Tim was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and on time to an emergency service call. My unit was not flowing hot air throughout my home and I couldn’t figure out why. They diagnosed the issues in a very timely manner, and got strait to fixing it. Turns out my dampers were the issue. Tim was respectful of our Happy Valley home, clean and efficient. Pricing was great, fair and reasonable. Will be giving them a call in the future if I ever need their work and help again. 20/10!!

I've had our unit over three winter months now, and I've seen real reductions in my electric bills. I needed to see the bills before writing my review, and I'm happy with the difference. We switched from having in wall Cadet electric heaters, and our installation has several advantages besides saving money. It's quieter and the heat is steady, so more comfortable. It covered more space than expected from the look of it, and reduces the use of the Cadets still upstairs. It's freed up floor space in front of the old heaters. Most important, it has the capacity to cool. We had no A/C before, and periods in the last two summers were distressingly hot. This summer I'll be delighted to have some real air conditioning.

We worked with Rhonda Durham and had a system installed in early March, two heating/cooling units to cover the whole house. She answered all of our questions, offered a couple different unit options and pricing and gave us ample time to decide the direction we wanted to go with no pressure. Rhonda is knowledgeable and made sure the installation was magical. There were 4 installers and an electrician. They were fast, clean, friendly and professional. When they left for the day we were up and running. Rhonda popped in on installation day to make sure everything was going according to plan and to go over how to work the system, which is quite easy. Rhonda also arranged for the county inspection. We are extremely happy with the system and its efficiency. Our first electric bill with full system usage was down over $200. We hoped the savings would be good but never imagined the savings would be that good. If you are considering a ductless system for heating and air conditioning I would strongly recommend Rhonda and The Heat Pump Store. You will thank yourself.

Joel came out to install a single zone heat pump in our garage for us, and we could not be happier!! He was quick, efficient, had a great attitude and thoroughly explained everything to us. My husband now has AC just in time for summer to enjoy his golf simulator. Thank you Joel!!!

We love the Heat Pump Store. Their entire team is very professional and knowledgeable. From first quote to final inspection, the experience exceeded all expectations. They have very competitive pricing, yet the product and service are all top notch. Rhonda, who came to do the quote, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and was very informative of the entire process. The installers were all very polite and engaging. Every single one of them was very respectful of our home. We especially appreciate that the Heat Pump Store was not pushy about signing a contract right after a quote, actually encouraging us to make sure we got other quotes and felt comfortable with what was being signed. Our mini splits work wonderfully.

My research paid off when replacing my aging heatpump system. Earl the salesperson educated me on the best systems to get out here and enabled me to get a smart home solution. The techs Mark, Todd, and Electrician Gerry were awesome and knowledgeable. They were cautious by wearing all face coverings and my place was left clean right after. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Brandon and Sage were the installers I had today. They have years of experience and completed the job smoothly and ahead of schedule. John came by to install the electrical components and was fast and efficient. The whole team had great personalities. I'm glad I was able to take advantage of the PG&E rebates for my 2 head split unit. The Mitsubishi heat pump works great and is incredibly quiet! This is the team and company I would recommend 👌!

Rhonda was very helpful throughout the whole process, responsive to answering questions, working with the HOA requirements, checking in, and scheduling. The installation crew (Cristian, Luis, Jacob, and Jox) were wonderful day of, they were efficient, very clean, and involved me in necessary decisions as needed. I highly recommend the whole team!

We are so happy with our new heat pumps! To be honest our installation was a little rocky, but the people at the heat pump store were super dedicated to making things right (at no cost to us). Rhonda Durham came to my home and explained what the ductless system could do. Her details included specifically where the best placement would be for my home, what to anticipate, cost, and other information. She was very reassuring and easy to work with. . . and she was so right.

My daily costs per my PGE app since the installation shows my daily costs have dropped from around $5.45 daily to around $1.42 daily. The ductless heat pump is saving me $4.00 a day!!

Also, Rhonda was correct about the placement of the indoor unit. Previously, I was dependent upon wall heating units. My home had pockets of heat and the hallway was always chilly. But now thanks to Rhonda's advice the room temperature is cozy and consistent no matter what area I am in.

My expectations have been exceeded both financially and comfort. I highly recommend Rhonda and her team for home heating and cooling.

The Heat Pump Store did a fantastic job. Rhonda Durham's service was stellar from the time she first contacted me to come out to my house to give a quote for a ductless cooling system to the install. She arrived the day of the install to go over the system to make sure I understood how to operate it and to assure me if I had any issues they would be there to handle it. Also, the installers did a great job. They were polite, efficient and did a good job cleaning up after the install was complete. It has now been a week since it was installed and I absolutely love it!
