Our techs Jeremy and Vlad were fun, friendly and professional. I appreciated them taking time to fully explain the procedure, so we understood and knew what to expect. They were very mindful and courteous with our home. Highly recommend! They were very thorough.

Our rental house had never had the ducts cleaned so I called Better Air Northwest to come out and I’m so glad I did. Jeremy and Vlad did an outstanding job and went above and beyond for us. They pointed out a problem with the HVAC unit and vacuumed up the water in the bottom, as well as vacuuming around the vents after they were finished - free vacuuming :). The dryer vent had probably never been cleaned and was a fire hazard. Before and after pictures were pretty amazing. They were super cool, polite and kind and I highly recommend taking care of your indoor air quality with these guys!

Today I had a complex service call from Better Air NW. Jack and Tristen were kind, competent and went so far beyond what I expected! They replaced my driveline under my home in a shallow crawlspace and inserted a setback box in my wall so my dryer could be set flush with the washer. The sealed the old floor connection and were very good about cleaning up and leaving shoes outside without being asked. Super friendly and respectful! Job well done!

Such a wonderful experience! Jeremy and Vlad were amazing. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. We haven't had our ducts cleaned since we moved in 14 years ago so we were way past due. Very happy with the results and how quickly it was done. Will definitely use in the future.

Professional, worked hard (he had to go down into the crawlspace, yeesh!) and communicated with us every step of the way. They were totally on time and accommodated my schedule. Jack and Tristen did a great job cleaning out our hvac system. They were on time, nice and professional. I could not believe how much came out of our system! They also applied benefect Decon 30, a botanical sanitizer, to the system which gave me peace of mind as I am healing from CIRS/mold biotoxin illness. The first step in healing is reducing exposure and reducing mold levels in home. I would definitely recommend better air northwest!

Jeremy and Vlad were excellent! Super respectful and very nice. They did a great job cleaning our HVAC system. We’ve used Better Air for over 8 years and have always been so pleased with their work and care and consideration for our home. It’s one of my favorite days of the year! Jeremy and Vlad did a fantastic job cleaning our duct system. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, these guys are the best service professionals. I would recommend this service to anyone that hasn't cleaned their duct work, you will be amazed at what is removed! They took care to respect the house and watch out that our elderly cat didn't escape.

Jovan and Jake L. with Better Air Northwest did a wonderful job cleaning and sanitizing the ducts in my 88 year old home. They arrived on time, explained the process, and answered my questions thoroughly. They performed their job and went above and beyond to help me with a bent vent cover that wasn’t working. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home the way they found it. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for routine maintenance. Glad to have found them.

I was told that Better Air Northwest was the best duct & vent cleaner in the Vancouver area and after the service last week, I agree. Jeremy and Vlad showed up, explained in detail what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were extremely polite, professional and most importantly did exactly what they stated they would do. The pictures and video of what my ducts and vents looked like before and after were a real eye opener. I have had this service done at least three times in the last twenty years by other companies, none as good as Better Air Northwest. I really enjoyed Better Air Northwest. I have an old house and needed the air ducts replaced. I also needed a new vapor barrier. I spoke to Melissa on the phone and it was easy to schedule. Eric came out to inspect the house and give me the quote and he explained everything really well. Jack and Tristan did the install and did an amazing job. They even help me secure my vents to restrict pets from getting into the crawlspace. They even took before and after photos. I will definitely be using them again for other projects.
