Jeremy and Jovan are the best vent cleaner techs in the business! They called 10mins before arrival, and walked me through exactly what the process was going to entail. They wore booties when inside and showed me exactly the work they did. It was amazing the amount of dust and even small objects that were missed by the previous vent cleaning company. My vents are now spotless, my system is so much more effecient as a result, and the cost was right in line with expectations. No added up charges or renegotiating costs after the fact, just solid work done, and now my allergies are in a much better state! Thanks to Jeremy and Jovan, my summer 2026 is going to be a good one!

He and Jason were both so kind in the way they could identify with my concerns as a home owner. I also liked the way the two of them worked efficiently and were real careful not to do any damage to the property and furnishings and wore shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Had Better Air out to clean the vents when we bought the house about 8 years ago, and again today. They’ve done a great job both times. Good service from scheduling through the actual cleaning. Will definitely recommend to friends. Our techs were Jeremy and Brenden. They were friendly, respectful of our home full of cats, and did a great job despite our weird dryer vent.
