Jeremy and Brenden from Better Air Northwest did a great job at cleaning our vents and also replaced our dryer vent outside.
They were on time, very efficient, had pictures for us to view of our vents (dirty and cleaned), were kind and our dogs loved them.

I couldn't be more grateful for the compassion, patience and kindness the Better Air NW service technician, Josh, showed towards our pets during HVAC duct & vent cleaning process. He negotiated the pet management to keep everyone comfortable and safe during the cleaning process. Great experience!

Better Air Northwest came out and worked hard for close to 4 hours to get our HVAC and dryer vent ducting spotless clean. The air quality difference was noticeable right away. In addition Jake and Jovan went out of their way to include my 4 & 5 year old in all the “treasures” they found in the cleaner filters. I would recommend Better Air Northwest to anyone, they do quality work at a fair price, and they now have a customer for life with us.

This is the second time we have used the service since installing our new system roughly 3 years ago. Both times we’ve been extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and dedication to full disclosure, showing you the steps of the way on how they’re cleaning your system and explaining it all in detail. This time had the pleasure of Jeremy and Payton both of whom were very professional yet engaging. We would welcome them back for the next service that we might need. I would highly recommend the service to anybody. It’s amazing with what is hiding in your dryer duct and your AC ducts. Dont forget to have your dryer vent cleaned to prevent future problems and reduce the risk for fire in your home.

We had Better Air NW out yesterday and we're so glad we did. From start to finish the scheduling was super easy and the prices were very affordable. The techs Payton and Isaah were wonderful and very professional. They called ahead to let me know the arrival time, cared for my home when the entered and walked me through the whole process. Now I can breathe easy knowing that my duct system in void of all the yuckies and that my dryer vent has been cleared. Highly recommend this company, will definitely be using them again.

Jack and Josh did a great job removing our old ducts and installing just what we needed for Better Air flow. Our crawl space is a tight squeeze but they came with a positive attitude and got the work done! An issue came up but the company came right over and fixed it. Thank you!

Great service. They not only cleaned my air ducts, but helped out with a couple dirty air filters and helped troubleshoot a problem we've been having with a totally separate HVAC system. We'll absolutely be calling Better Air Northwest the next time we need the ducts cleaned.

Jeremy and Juan came to our home to do duct cleaning and were very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of our questions. Their work was well done, and we truly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I don't usually give reviews but with this, I really have to. I am so pleased with better air Northwest. First of all, Melissa was very pleasant and genuine. She walked me through what was going to take place, Having my air vents cleaned. When Cody and Vinny arrived, they also explained everything they were going to do, they were very professional, and extremely kind. The whole process was pleasant.
They did a great job and I am very pleased. I have lung disease and struggle with breathing. My nose has been running for the last 10 years.
The day after and since they cleaned my vents, my nose has not been running and I'm breathing easier. I would suggest everyone getting this done.
This company is fantastic, and they do what they say.

I recently used Better Air Northwest for a full cleaning of the HVAC ducts in my 5200 square foot home which hadn't been professionally cleaned in over three years. I was impressed by the process from start to finish and the noticeable difference in air quality afterward.
The scheduling process was easy and transparent. I called on a Tuesday, and they were able to fit me within two weeks. The office staff clearly explained the pricing structure (which was fixed based on the size of the house, with optional add-ons like dryer vent cleaning) and sent a confirmation text the day before. The technicians, Andreas & Cody, called me 50 minutes before arrival, right arrived pretty close to the promised time. I knew there was construction down the street so I figured they would be delayed due to stopped traffic.
The two arrived in a well-marked truck and was immediately professional. They took time to explain the negative pressure vacuum system they use, which involved hooking up a large hose to the main duct trunk near the furnace. They wore boot covers inside the house, which I appreciated.
The cleaning itself involved systematically sealing off all registers and then using powerful air whips into each vent to agitate and loosen all the debris. They showed me the incredible amount of dirt, dust, and junk they removed from the main trunk—it was genuinely shocking and visually compelling.
When finished with the vents they took on the dryer. The lint cleaned out of the vent and the filter was surprising. I expect the drying cycles will be quicker with a clean system.
The entire process took approximately 5 hours. Once finished, they sealed up the access holes they created cleanly. There were only two rooms where they forgot to move furniture back in place.
The immediate difference was significant: the air in the house feels fresher and less "stuffy," and the HVAC system runs noticeably quieter. I am confident that the removal of years of dust and allergens will benefit our household, especially during allergy season.
Better Air Northwest delivered exactly what they promised: professional service, clear communication, and excellent results. I highly recommend them if you are looking to improve your indoor air quality.

Better Air Northwest is a company that really cares about their clients health. Allan, Matt, and Jordon were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time, were polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had good clean air in our home. We have a family member with compromised lungs and breathing issues, and now we feel so much happier in our home knowing the ducts are clean and the air we are all breathing is safe. I would sincerely recommend this company to anyone who wants to protect their home and their health!

We had Better Air Northwest clean & sanitize our vents, and our dryer vent cleaned. These guys did an amazing job!!! Austin and Jeremy explained everything upfront and showed us the results afterwards. They were thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again! And I must say…gross! We all need to clean our vents regularly!!! They recommend every 3-5 years. But I personally feel like I want to more often than that!

Our air ducts badly needed cleaning, and Better Air Northwest came highly recommended. Eric and Jovan did an outstanding job. They informed us when they were coming, and were very professional, friendly, and thorough—and liked our pets! They showed us before and after photos, and how much dust they had removed. My husband and I have been wanting our ducts and dryer cleaned for years now. I found Better Air NW on Google and they had high ratings. I am assuming it was for their fair prices and great service—I was right. They made the scheduling process very easy, the front office (Kristi) was quick to respond and answer all my questions. When we finally had our technicians come out, Jake L. and Jovan, they were professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through the whole process with care. Jake did a great job showing us before and afters, educating us, and staying on track. Also a plus, they were awesome with our boys and very kind.

We have noticed a significant difference in the air quality in our home. My husband and son have allergies, so we usually have to open windows all the time. And my husband was the first to the notice the difference. Feels less stuffy and fresh:) Thank you Better Air for a wonderful experience!

Two weeks ago, we had Jack and Josh come in to replace our two flex ducts and to replace all the insulation for our ducting system. Jack and Josh arrived on time and they were very polite and professional. They did a great job removing the old flex ducts and putting in new rigid ducts. They did a wonderful job relocating one of the rigid ducts to a different spot to the HVAC. They also did a great job removing the old fiberglass insulation and putting in the new white vinyl duct wrap. They worked very hard. Jack took before-and-after photos to show us their work. We really appreciate that. Jack also did a great job in communicating with us. 5 stars for Jack and Josh!
They will be coming back to finish a small portion of the work that was left off and do the duct cleaning. We are so happy that Jack and Josh have been assigned to the work for us. I will write another reviews for them after they finish the work. Thank you, Jack and Josh!

We had a very pleasant experience with our hvac duct and vent cleaning; Juan and Austin were fast, efficient and very friendly. Our four year old thought it was so cool and they were very sweet with her. The air immediately felt cleaner before they had even finished!
