We purchased two heat pumps from this company in 2009 and 2014. The older heat pump needed maintenance. Scheduling was easy and I was able to send a video of the noisy unit so a tech could review it. Alexis replaced the motor and it’s working the way it should.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Heat Pump Store. I purchased a ductless AC/heat unit. Rhonda, specifically, was excellent as were the installers. Rhonda took special care in thoroughly explaining the system to me. She answered all of my questions and she also showed up on the day of installation. I thought the price was reasonable. Rhonda and I discussed the potential of a second unit, but she explained that one unit should be enough for my dwelling space and did not try to pressure me into a second unit. She was right - one unit is perfect and it keeps my place nice and cool!. I highly recommend the Heat Pump Store.

Our technician came and found a leak, reported it to us and fixed it. Suggested some other things to make our heat pumps quieter, but did not feel pushed into doing the extra service. Overall, company was very responsive and easy to work with. Technician was quick and professional. Highly recommended!

We worked with Rhonda, and she ensured that we were happy with the installation. We asked for some adjustments to the location of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit as well, and she was able to accommodate our wishes. She also very patiently walked us through the owner’s manual and explained the features and maintenance. Her crew was also great to work with.

Rhonda was extremely helpful, during the information gathering and selection process, came to check during the installation and followed up multiple times to make sure we were satisfied. And had the best price which was also a big help with the cost. I highly recommend her services.

Todd from the heat pump store did an excellent job. He answered all of my questions with the upmost confidence and sincerity. I have to admit I was skeptical of what the mini split would do but I'm here to tell you they will change the comfort of your home by 100%. The electricity bill also went down which was definitely welcomed.

Very happy with my new heat pump! Rhonda was very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. I originally only planned to get a one-zone system, but two days before the scheduled installation, I had a change of heart and decided to get the three-zone. I apologized for the short notice and said I understood if they needed to reschedule, but they made it happen. The process was smooth, the installers were very friendly, and the work was top notch. I always loved my house even though it was a bit cold and drafty, but it is so much more comfortable now with my new heat pump!

I don't leave reviews, but I can't say enough good things about Rhonda and her crew! Rhonda worked with me to get a two zone ductless heat pump split for my old single wide. Rhonda seriously went above and beyond to find a way to make this possible for me! It looks beautiful, works great! So quiet! I am toasty warm and it kicks on to keep the house warm when the fire starts to burn down! Looking forward to the heat and AC in my bedroom this summer! No more noisy energy sucking window units! I couldn't be happier. The gals and guys who did the installation and electrical did clean work, listened to my preferences, and they went over everything I needed to know. The electricians even put the required outlet by my deck where I could make use of it. Rhonda said I could call her any time if I had questions, and she would even come back by to help if I needed it, and I believe it, she has been so great. Everyone deserves a pat on the back (and another burrito). I bought them lunch and they sat with me and ate their lunch. Everything was perfect! You are in good hands with Rhonda and her crew at The Heat Pump Store.

I cannot recommend The Heat Pump Store and our sales rep, Rhonda Durham, highly enough. We live in a 90s townhouse that was drafty and reliant on expensive cadet/baseboard heaters. Rhonda came out for our initial 3-zone assessment and was a breath of fresh air—warm, humorous, and incredibly respectful of our home.

What truly set her apart was her initiative. She worked closely with the nonprofit Verde (who I first heard about via a mailer) to track down every possible incentive and discount. Because of her extra effort, our entire installation cost thousands less than what our neighbors paid for comparable systems.

The installation took place in mid-November (scheduled about 3-4 weeks out). The crew was fantastic: kind, upbeat, and very clean, which I appreciated since they had to work most of the day across all three stories of our home. Rhonda even stopped by during the install to walk us through the system and ensure we felt confident.

A month and a half later, the system is a total game-changer. It’s working perfectly and our home is finally comfortable. If you’re looking for a heat pump, ask for Rhonda!

The lead technician and his assistant came over on time to do the repair, and to modify the filter holder box, as well as install the i-Wave-R air cleaner. The lead and I discussed all my requirements and he gave different options for me to consider. Very professional!
He came to me to repair an issue with the A/C system, on the recommendation of a friend. I requested this link so I can give him the best recommendation. I will recommend him to anyone that needs his services!

I called Comfort Tech to have them come give me an estimate for a ductless heating system, they arrived at my home the very next day to give me a price. Which was to my surprise very affordable. Once I accepted the price they began working on it the following day. So all together it was a great experience. My winter nights are no longer chilling. Thank you ComfortTech!!

Fantastic job by Jack and Tristen in cleaning my duct work and vents in a house we just recently moved into after purchasing. They worked hard and efficiently and explained the process to do the job. Highly recommend this company! Cleaned up after and left my house and hvac system so clean!! What a difference!
