The Heat Pump Store did a great job on our heat pump system installation last month. We enjoyed working with Marlin both before and after the installation and the whole installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and they completed the job as expected and did quality work. We are happy with our new system.

The Heat Pump Store is focused on Mini split heat pumps, they are great to deal with and price competitive. As a retired general contractor I used them as my preferred subcontractor for several years, they always do a great job and made many of my customers pleased. I would also like to thank Ronda Durham for her knowledge and professionalism, she is always great to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. She makes it easy to get quotes in a timely manner and always answers any questions. The installation crews are knowledgeable, professional and always respectful of the work area and clean up everything when they are finished. I have referred friends and family to them and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

We had a 3 ton 3 head mini split system installed in March. From start to finish the service was excellent. Marlin put together the bid, plan of installation, info for our HOA and followed up after the sale with a modification we wanted. The install team and electrician completed the install in under 7 hours. Everything was cleaned. They were an effective team and their experience was obvious. We had 4 bids and this was the best one. We are happy with the outcome.

Really easy process from start to finish. Rhonda answered all my questions and gave me a straightforward idea of what to expect. The install team worked all day and was tidy and respectful of my home and dogs.

I got 3 bids- one that was quite affordable (8k) but was proposing equipment that would ultimately underperform, another that was quite overpriced (17k) and promised all kinds of service extras, including price matching, which they actually refused to follow through on, and then Heat Pump Store, which offered the right equipment for my space at a fair price of 10k for one unit and two heads.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied to have a cool house this summer, and recommend Rhonda and HPS without hesitation.

I do wish I'd been given a heads-up about installing around my landscaping prior to install day. A couple plants took a beating, and a fern got completely buried under the pads for the outdoor unit. If it had been mentioned ahead of time, I would have cut things back to make it easier for the crew and transplanted items that were in the way.

The installation crew was efficient, took them about 4.5 hours from arrival to completion. The crew wore shoe covers and put down floor covers. They kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up when finished. They weren't overly chatty, but did ask appropriate questions. Rhonda our sales person was helpful and easy to work with, not at all pushy. We are very pleased with The Heat Pump Store and recommend them to you. We are just getting to know our Daikin Heat Pump, and we are so happy. It is good to be warm!

With all the talk about heat pumps these days, it's hard to know what's best for your particular home (or even how the magical things even work!) So I was elated when my friends recommended the Heat Pump Store. When I called, not only were they super flexible and informative but they assigned me the same specialist my friends had-- Rhonda Durham is the real deal! She was attentive as I prattled on, and prompt in both scheduling and then estimate generation. Installation of a mini-split system with 4 heads into a 100-year old house. We talked with 3 contractors around similar systems (one also used Daikin, the other Mitsubishi). The Heat Pump store was the most reasonably priced (seriously, another location with the SAME MANUFACTURER/MODEL was almost double, insane) They didn't try to upsell, we discussed how the lines would look on the side of the house, and where the outdoor unit would reside. We went into their showroom and looked at the standard and the fancy air handler, and ultimately chose to get the fancy air handler in all of the rooms as we like the streamlined look better. We got on their schedule, all the stuff arrived on time (we booked out a couple months. Don't wait, people!!) Install took one day (a very solid day for them).

Was absolutely everything perfect? Come on, is anything in construction ever perfect? There's always one little thing or another to work through, and if you don't understand that, then I feel sorry for your contractors.

The important thing is that they responded and addressed two cracked outdoor shingles once we spotted it (which is the old asbestos shingle, so brittle) afterwards, no complaints. We worked through the various day-of-install tweaks that needed to be done (adjusting where the outdoor lines would run), confirming indoor placement, etc. They demonstrated how to work everything at the end of the day.

Oh, and pro-tip? If you are planning on painting, paint the area where the air handler will go before installation. Then you don't have to try to work around it :-)

Awesome! This one word describes the team at The Heat Pump Store. Not only was their bid competitive, the work is top notch, the team was very fast and efficient, and did a great job. From estimating, planning, scheduling and installing, these guys were on top of it all. We went with a Daikin system with low wall units. The team was able to route the lines to our two zone system into the knee wall in front of the house and the system is nearly invisible from the front of the home. Also, it is nearly silent as well, both outside and inside.

As always, go ahead and get your three bids for your job but you can't go wrong with The Heat Pump Store. Our 2nd floor too hot problem is now solved!

Three different jobs, three excellent installs from arranging estimates to completing the job. Rhonda and the crews of Jox, Francisco, Sage and Austin all had great ideas to improve the install to get maximum benefits from this HVAC conversion. Rhonda had great knowledge of all the tax-credit/government incentives at local, State and Federal levels. And the entire crew communicated with respect towards each other, civil language all day, measured tones and steady tempo to complete the job on time and on estimate. Five stars to all involved, including office staff who worked to schedule the jobs at tenants' convenience.
