Wonderful local store which I was glad to find online; I got great service which amounted to convincing me I the solution to my problem was simpler than I thought! I'll be back when things are more complicated as well.

I've had the privilege of dealing with these folks from way back in the 1980s when they were located over on Division Street, and always they've been generous and patient in taking the time to tutor me in solving plumbing problems, making sure by supplying appropriate supplies and know-how so that I wouldn't be running back and forth multiple times.

Just saying glad I found this plumbing supply store. They had a metal ring to screw over the broken plastic toilet flange. Made this repair alot easier than replacing the ABS flange. Thanks

Phenomenal customer service! Melinda was amazing in her follow up as I was looking for a replacement part.

Our hot water heater wasn't working and our friend Rusty recommended this place. Melinda was very helpful in getting us a quote for a couple of styles of water heaters and in also helping us to sort out whether or not our current water heater was covered under warranty (which it is). She recommended that we call Stan the Hot Water Man and they were able to do a minor repair later that afternoon which saved us a lot of money. I feel Melinda went above and beyond and wanted to share that experience. We will be going there for our bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures in the near future. Thank you for your excellent help!

The owners, Eric and Melinda are sincerely wonderful, helpful, kind, and patient. They are always willing to go out of their way to help find the solution I need to my plumbing problems. I appreciate that they are willing to help answer questions from residential customers who have very little plumbing know-how when most other shops will not. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I cannot recommend Clancy Supply highly enough. I needed parts for an unusual foreign kitchen faucet that came with my house. They were super friendly and helped me buy the part directly from the supplier. Even though they didn't make any money off me, they checked in multiple times and made sure I got what I needed. What a wonderful local business!

The owners are so kind and patient. They're going above and beyond to help us try to find a unique part for our old bathroom fixtures, despite us being residential customers with little plumbing knowledge of our own. They've been generous with their knowledge, teaching us how our pieces work and patiently looked through their catalogs for nearly an hour to try to find the parts we needed where other places in town wouldn't even spend 2 minutes on the phone with us to find the parts we needed. I cannot recommend them enough.
