WOW- Melinda is one of the nicest and most helpful people ever. HIGHLY recommend this place for plumbing needs. If you value customer service and people who clearly care about helping you then this is the place to go. If I got a terminal illness I’d add Clancy’s plumbing to my will. Appreciate you!!

This place is AMAZING!!!!! We were looking for a new kitchen sink. Our installer told us that Clancy Supply would have it or could get it ASAP. We headed down there and talked to Melinda. She is great. They didn't have the sink but she checked with someone and they had one in their Eugene store but would take about a week. $700+. We told here we would shop around and get back to her. We called the same store that she had, not realizing that was the one that Melinda called and they said they had one in Eugene blah blah but $800+. About that time Melinda called us and said she found us one and we could go pick it up $399. Not the same brand but a good one. They were on sale. My husband asked Melinda how they get paid if we don't get it from Clancy. We don't she said we just hope you pass us one to others. If you live in the Portland Or area check them out before you buy. Wonderful service provided! Went out of their way to help walk us through what we needed to install and purchase for our new faucet. They were very knowledgeable and took time to help us with our project and explain all their recommendations.

Melinda and Eric are awesome! If they don't have it, they will find it for you. If they cannot beat a price, they aren't afraid to tell you. They are always friendly and helpful.

The website says they're open 24/7. I had a clog at a rental that needed immediate attention on a Saturday. I left a voice message but never heard back from them.

Not sure his name, Jake or Jake, was extremely helpful when he unclogged my toilet floor drain and shower as well as remove years worth of debris in my pipe. And he coverer much more than the plumber was going to being that the problem went outside of the house

Hillsboro, OR - Ken did an excellent job gave me a good price and was very fast. I tried to snake the line and it didnt clear for me. Didnt show up in google search for hillsboro even though they sevice this area, were recommended by another plumber who couldnt get out here. A+ Thank you.

Matt came out on 1/8/2024 and unclogged a sewer main. He was professional, knowledgeable, and handled the issue quickly. I will only use these guys from now on.

Ken has always done an excellent job for our Apartment Community. I never have to worry about his work and have always been impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and ability to solve our issues in a timely matter.

Shane turned a very frustrating experience into a very pleasant one with his understanding and customer service. He refunded me $200 more than he originally told me he would do. Even though they couldn't fix our problem this time, I would recommend them to others. They do right by the customer, and Shane is great. Thank you very much!

We called in a panic on Saturday afternoon before Christmas. Matt came over off his day off and spent 3+ hours diagnosing and remedying our issue. Great attitude, competent, good communications. Calming presence in our household crisis. While we hope not to repeat this event -- would definitely call them again. Thanks!

After calling 2 plumbing companies and having a price quotes from $180-$296, I called a friend to get another recommendation. He said to call Drain Away Roooter. He said that while he had never used them, a friend had and could not stop raving about them.

I put in a call, they gave me an accurate rate quote over the phone, (a lot less than the others) showed up exactly when the said they would, wore the booties, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in 45 minutes.

Jake was great to talk to and provided great service and good advice on what to stop putting in my garbage disposal to avoid future clogs.

Will definitely recommend!
